    2) The 11-1 being majority not guilty, which he shouldn’t know

    3) The reason the 1 voted guilty, which he really shouldn’t know, and which is the conjecture of the other 11 non legal expert jurors

    4) The identity of the 1 juror, which he really REALLY shouldn’t know

    So how can he file an appeal with the state supreme court when his entire argument is based on information he shouldn’t have?

    The fact that the defense knows ANY of the things listed above is by itself grounds for a mistrial as any of that being public is subversive to the entire jury process.”

  5. I don’t understand why you are saying that Clancy would have no punishment for what she has done. We do have others plead insanity. We do have them committed. We do not believe their victims are not important.

    I also don’t believe that women are now going to sit and think about how they can kill their children and then plead insanity to get away with it.

    As far as how abortion has lowered a value on life, I will agree. Men are guilty of not taking responsibility so that women either are overtly pressured or feel hopeless to keep a baby. That blame goes to both sexes. There are women who just abort in spite of a father’s wishes and that is terrible.

    I have not followed the case totally, but maybe those 11 jurors know what they are doing. There is a reason that the MIL, mother, ex-husband etc. do not condemn her.

    Mental health is not like a broken leg. It is difficult and the drugs are so full of side effects and don’t just work the same on everyone.

  6. Not in all cases do those who are deemed insane get treatment or confinement. In CO there was a man declared insane and he has been released multiple times as the powers that be says there is nothing they can do for him! And he continues to inflict pain on society. If Clancy had been proven not guilty by reason of insanity she would most certainly be released after a short period of time because she knows how to act normal. Just watching her eyes, her demeanor throughout the trial was chilling for me. She exudes calculating defiance…just my two cents.

    I don’t believe the 11 knew what they were doing in accordance with the law. They were championing a murderer of three babies because she was “let down” by the system. Perhaps her family felt they had let her down therefore they were slow to condemn her. My takeaway from this tragedy is a mother sent her husband on errands and carried out a most heinous crime against her babies…she was calculating enough to carry out the murders but the drugs caused her to do it and not reach out for help not to……not buying it.

    Thank God for the one man who remained firm in knowing she should not go free from what she has done…three babies gone

  7. Yes, there are many people roaming the streets who should be confined. That is another issue. Unfortunately, all kinds of people who assault and murder are roaming about because of liberal policies.

    I don’t know how you can read the mines of the 11 other jurists.

  9. When two women jurists wear pink during the trial I believe we can read their minds….and the defense attorney quipped many people enjoy wearing pink! Truly they believe us to be daft!

    Insane mentally ill people are punished for murder, rape among other heinous crimes…citing not being able to think is no excuse for murdering your babies.

    Fox News obtained the emergency appeal that was filed to the Massachusetts Supreme Court. This again is from the defense. This is their appeal to try to stop the mistrial. What they argue in this appeal, and I’m not making this up, they argue that the lone juror is engaging in a line of reasoning which, quote, “reflects a bias against those who are suffering from debilitating mental illness, a protected category under both the Fifth and 14th Amendments.”

    Yes, the defense seriously argued that by voting to send a woman to prison for killing her children, he was discriminating against the disabled”

    So they actually argued that you can murder your kids and claim mental illness, and if anyone questions that you might not be mentally ill then that means they are discriminating against the disabled….

    This is the society we have allowed”

  16. I am curious as to what you want the GOP to do about those judges. Judges can be impeached or removed according to the constitution (or state constitutions) or you can vote to have your politician in office to appoint decent judges. What else do you want? Separation of powers is also important.

  17. Impeach and remove them. They alone have that authority.

    That is the power Congress holds as a check on the judiciary.

    But like with everything else, they refuse to use it and do their jobs.
