    – $2.5 million total for autism services, housing stabilization and assisted living, much of it suspected to be fraudulent

    – One specific assisted living facility, the former “commercial sex house” owned by Sampson billed more than $500,000

    A Sampson-linked assisted living homes alone billed about $1.2 million between 2023 and 2026

    – One report notes their companies submitted $4.65 million in total claims during that period”
