Whatever works Jo, go with it. I need to figure out something that works for me, but low impact that doesn’t cause pain or other issues with all my issues.
Thursday? Ran into town early and accomplished all of my shopping for this weekend with family. Plus I stopped in my friend’s shoppe where I once worked and lightened her inventory a tad bit! And I ran into my old pastor’s wife while there…so fun!
Jo I have heard that pool time is excellent for working out the legs. I am not a swimmer and don’t own a swim suit. I’ll just do my leg squats and see how that works out as my doctor advised. Two ibuprofen in the morning seems to alleviate the pain a lot.
It is 77 degrees here in the forest and hotter in town! We are supposed to be well into the 80’s next week…
Word is being a pill checking my browser and wanting me to sign in but if I do this post will go poof…so….this is NJ!!
This morning when I opened my phone my home page was blank. I found no apps as I went to other pages. Then I pulled down and up and found a scrambled mess of apps on numerous pages. There was no Google search bar. I really stressed out as this was already a heavy stress day.
It wasn’t until I learned how to install a search bar that I got back my former home screen. Things are still not right, but at least I can use the phone more or less like before. Son suggested I may need to free up some storage or buy more. I will try archiving some Audible books.
I am cooking veggie soup, broccoli, and salmon for dinner. Looking forward to that.
Ugh, Janice. Technology can be such a pill. My tv will no longer keep on DIRECTV. It keeps switching to satellite whenever we switch channels, so we have to switch it back to the Directv. When we first turn it on, it also goes straight to satellite. I can’t figure it out. Then it does not DVR what it is supposed to. So frustrating.
morning all. I can tell that my legs are getting stronger as I spend 30 minutes a day in the pool just kicking
by the way I wouldn’t go swimming for years. Now I wear a tankini top with bike shorts that I got at J.C. Penney. So comfortable, and modest
