We’ve been preparing for Cheryl’s eye surgery on Monday. Getting all the paperwork together, made more difficult by an HR dept just looking for things to keep them busy. Annoying to say the least.
Well that was weird I did not hit post yet!!!! As I was sayin’….you’d think in this day and age everything would be immediately available online. All my paperwork was filled out that way for surgery except when I arrived the morning of surgery I had to just sign a couple forms and hand over the check!
My husband is still complaining about pain and explaining it away. He is back to doing things, however, so that is an improvement. The older one gets the more pains one seems to have, so it gets difficult to know what is worrisome and what is not. We ‘discuss’ going back in. I do pray it gets better, of course.
It was the normal ‘practice’ jam this afternoon. One of the couples that would come quite regularly includes a guy my husband formerly worked with. He passed away recently and his widow was brought to the jam. It made me happy that the jam takes place so that people can meet and visit, before and at the break. This widow was ministered to by many others today. She will be moving into an apartment at an assisted living facility that the group regularly performs at. She is happy they perform there, too.
Praying over you this morning Janice…in hopes brother is gaining strength for the day…and you as well!
Kathaleena how is your husband feeling now that he has been on the medicine…praying for his strength as well….
