  1. thanks if you prayed. I did find some help at church

after church I stop at the family coffee shop to get hugs from grandchildren. I offered to pay my grandson for weed eating and he said he would come. Blessed

  2. It is a cloudy breezy day here. Remembering those who gave their lives so that we could remain free…

I don’t know of any in my family who died while serving. My grandfather served in WW1 and was forever changed in the worse way. He became a very angry man inflicting unspeakable harm on his family🥲

  3. That is sad to hear, NJ. Did other family members talk about how changed he had become from before he served?

I have lots of family who served or are serving, but none died while doing it. One was reported as dead but was actually a POW. He came home emaciated and with health problems but lived to be a 100.

I just read of a man who served when he was fifteen years old. He lied to get in. I can’t imagine. He lived into his nineties.
