  1. Just leave it at virtual somersaults, please. You don’t need any injuries.

I am disgusted with the impersonal nature of healthcare. In a visit to our clinic, we not only had to sign in online at a computer portal (which we have been doing for a while) but when there was a question and I was told to see a registrar, I was directed to stay there and talk into a phone. The person was then on the computer screen. Mind you this is in the whole waiting room, reception area with several screens and lots of people. No privacy. Cold, cold, cold, IMO.

  2. Cheryl’s eye dr followup was today. Thankfully, a much smaller crowd than usual. They usually pack them in, like 75 in the waiting room at once, plus there’s a smaller waiting room for after your initial exam, but while you wait to see the Dr.

  3. Good late in the day wishes for a good evening to all!

It’s been a busy day with Bible study group and off and on trying to connect with my brother at the hospital and with more texting than usual with friends and a phone conversation with a friend. One looks back and thinks where did that day go?

I am sitting outside in my looking and watching and praying chair. It is the hour when the street is heavily traveled with cars getting off the main road and using residential roads to get home after work. I can think, “That used to be me.” No Pumpkin visit today.

  4. It’s snowing and raining! Thunder snow!!

Praying Cheryl found a good report on her follow up with the eye doc!

I am thankful for my primary care doc and our Dentist. We have been so blessed with personal care. I dread the day my dentist retires… he is 82! Our doctor is in her 40’s so she’ll most likely be around still when the Lord calls me home! I had wonderful care when I had pancreatitis and gall bladder surgery…,but not in the ER….they were horrid! 🫤

Hoping Pumpkin visits tomorrow…I always worry about our fox when she doesn’t show up…a coyote comes around from time to time and I believe our sweet fox lays low when she senses danger!
