  1. Rain is ending here, then we will have another long, dry period. Good for taking walks.

I went to a falls prevention class yesterday, it goes for five weeks. My sister had told me about it, but I had no idea that she was also going to attend. First time I have even taken a class with her. God is doing a work. Also her husbands aunt came who I have been getting to know. Class is called Strong and Steady.

Today is BSF and then probably to the bank to make a bsf deposit as I’m the treasurer Then home to take a walk

At five I need to leave to pick up my friend to take her to the airport. A busy day. I am going to treat myself to Chipotle for dinner. There is one close to the airport. Glad that the next two days are free.

  2. Good late morning. We are headed to 62° for which I am very thankful. Perhaps the short frozen snap did not wipe out all the early bloomers

Good to see you, RKessler, claiming First today.

One person in Bible study has hearing loss in one ear and she misses out on so much. My vision loss is bad, but in certain situations, I prefer it, since it is not total, to hearing loss.

  3. 55 degrees headed to mid 60’s and winds howling again. 😳 💨

I am headed to my favorite antique shoppe to bid farewell to my retiring friend. Her life has been a generational antique business from her great grandmother through her daughter. They have such an appreciation for history…

  4. Hey! I’ve been to Chipotle with Jo! 🙂

I’ve been looking at a local falls class, too, after I tripped three times over tree roots on the sidewalk near my home. The last time I did so, I landed in bushes and a cat came up and touched my nose with hers–“are you okay?”

I was so demoralized, I called my husband to come pick me up–I was only 2 blocks from home by the time he arrived.

Hard to believe, but I was a gymnast in junior high–until I outgrew everything–but those tumbling skills have resurrected in the moment and I haven’t been seriously hurt yet.

Other than my pride, of course.

Take care to all my friends–even the trees are against us some days!

I have a writing day until 4 and then everything explodes for five hours–too many things in one small period of time.

Hey, I’ve written a really silly story set against the backdrop of “everyone’s favorite movie,” which cannot be named.

Send me an email if you’d like to read a light novel.

  5. Home and back again. Drivers seem to have lost their minds as I was almost hit twice! Staying home now!

Two new fires. I saw the smoke of the one on Ft Carson as I drove into town…and the other is in Thornton north of Denver…that one looks really bad…praying for those in harms way….

Good to see you Rk and praying Miguel is progressing right along in healing! Are you all as dry down there as we are up here?

Word being a pill and won’t allow me to sign in…this is NJ!
