The showmanship and theatre continues with the guest list. Both parties bring guests meant to embarrass the other party or in the very least force the other party to address a particular issue.

I thoroughly enjoyed the state of the union and the celebration of patriots. It did look like some dems stood for some of them.
The only thing I didn’t like and did not feel was appropriate was Trump chiding the supreme court justices
