  1. NTers take note.

“Tonight is showing. There is the American Party vs those who hate America. The contrast has never been sharper. There is no denying it. Not that there ever was. After tonight, let no person of good faith pretend it is otherwise.”

    “Truly insane to watch…

Trump asks Congress to stand up if they believe it’s the duty of the US government to prioritize American citizens over illegal aliens…

    Not one Democrat stood up.”

  2. The next time some liberal says illegals don’t vote, so they don’t effect elections, remind them of the Dems true goal.

House seats. And to get those illegals voting later.

“People tend to underestimate the effect of foreign born residents on elections. In 2020 the net partisan effect of legal + illegal residents was roughly +14 seats for Democrats. (When you count immigrants children the effect is +18 Democrat seats).

Flooding the country with mass immigration is brazen electioneering on the part of the Dems. We know this of course. Everyone knows this.

The good news there are ways to off-set these effects. One simple way is to redistrict according to the criteria @BlakeSNeff describes below: draw the districts according to the count of citizens.

Very simple. A no brainer state level policy that every single GOP pol should race to get behind.”

  3. “Mexico’s President said using military force against cartels is a “human rights violation”

Now those same cartels are destroying entire cities, killing innocent people, and displacing thousands of civilians from their homes

This is how leftists operate – they show empathy for criminals and none for victims, and essentially treat criminals above victims, which is suicidal

She let the cartels run the country for years. Now it’s all consequences of her own actions”

  4. “THIS is the person delivering the Democratic response to Trump’s SOTU address. 🤡Abigail Spanberger is an insane and corrupt liar from the CIA.”

“Abigail Spanberger was known by her colleagues in the IC as a failure because she was unable to grasp the focus of the CIA without partisanship.

She was frustrated by the mission of the CIA and the demand to keep politics out of the job – ultimately she left to be an open Democrat activist.

Her colleagues complained about her attempts to politicize intel at every turn.”

  5. My favorite part of the night….

Honoring those most deserving of it, who never sought glory, but did it because it was their duty.

  6. “President Trump and First Lady Melania award 100-YEAR-OLD Veteran Navy fighter pilot Royce Williams with the MEDAL OF HONOR

He completed one of the greatest feats in aviation history against the Soviets!

“His story was secret for 50 years. But tonight, at 100 years old, he’s getting the RECOGNITION HE DESERVES.”

“Despite being massively outnumbered and outgunned, he led the TAKEDOWN of 4 enemy jets, vanquished his adversaries while taking 263 bullets to his own plane and being seriously hurt.

“In 1952, he was in the “dog fight of a LIFETIME,” ambushed in blizzard conditions by Soviet fighter planes

    WOW! THAT’S A LIVING LEGEND!

He also served in Korea and Vietnam, flying over 220 MISSIONS”

  7. The most glaring takeaway of the President’s speech was the absolutely horrific behavior of the Dems. Is that spoiled, ugly, angry, profane, demonstration really the way that we want our great nation to be represented?

The more that the Dems show us who they really are, the stronger is my conviction that they should never be anywhere near the reins of power.

The best rope-a-dope tactic in the history of the SOTU address: “Stand up for American values, or expose yourselves as the losers who we know you are!”

  8. “This is classic failure theater from Thune. He doesn’t want to do the work of forcing Democrats to maintain a real filibuster, so he’s just going to file cloture on their zombie filibuster, which will fail.

Then he can immediately move on to what he really cares about: passing corporate welfare for K Street.

Failure theater from do-nothing Republicans should be mocked and condemned, not praised.”

  9. Why do we allow such unserious people anywhere near our govt?

“A sitting US Senator actually skipped last night’s State of the Union Address to praise “naked bike riders” and anti-ICE protesters in frog costumes.

That’s what it’s come to. Sad!!”

“Oregon Senator Ron Wyden praises Portland anti-ICE “patriots”: “the uni-cyclers, the naked bike riders, the guy in the chicken suit, and a whole lot of frogs” while Trump gave the Purple Heart to two National Guardsmen, living and dead.”

  10. People will take away from last night’s theatre what they brought into it. If you like Trump, you thought it was a masterpiece, if you don’t, you”ll criticise it and nobody will be convinced otherwise.

His demand for people to stand will strike some as a brilliant way to trap Democrats but others will see it differently. I and others saw him acting as a wannabe authoritarian or a deeply insecure person craving approval from others or both; probably both.

  11. The showmanship and theatre continues with the guest list. Both parties bring guests meant to embarrass the other party or in the very least force the other party to address a particular issue.

Many of Epstein’s victims were present last night courtesy of Democratic invitations. Trump and the Republicans did not acknowledge nor meet with them.

The farce that has been the files release, either from incompetence or deliberately, should haunt the Republicans to the mid-terms. A party that once ran entire campaigns on protecting young girls from trans people using the women’s washrooms is ignoring an elite paedophile scandal; mainly because it’s the elites. They couldn’t even show up at Wexner’s deposition, a man who should have been prosecuted along with Epstein years ago.

Pages seem to have disappeared, victims are complaining their victim statements, interviews, complaints, etc are not being released, perpetrators are still have their names redacted — its hard to take Bondi and Blanche seriously at this point.

  12. okay, just one brief comment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the state of the union and the celebration of patriots. It did look like some dems stood for some of them.

The only thing I didn’t like and did not feel was appropriate was Trump chiding the supreme court justices

  13. Demand people stand!? Seriously. He gave them an opportunity to show their true selves and boy howdy did they ever. I have never seen such twisted contorted faces in my life as those on the left. And Omar’s buddy to her left certainly kept it “classy” wearing a F Ice pin on her breast!!! Petulant children masquerading as “adults”!

    • “[Spanberger’s] attacks are compounded by the Democrats’ visible refusal to stand for protecting citizens over criminal illegal immigrants during Trump’s address.

“If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support: The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens,” Trump said, challenging Congress, but mainly Democrats, to stand.

Not a single Democrat stood in support of Americans. And in their rebuttal, Spanberger furthered the narrative that the Democratic party supports open borders, illegal immigrants, and the fatal effects of these policies over the safety and prosperity of American citizens.

The night exposed the chasm between Republican resolve and Democratic detachment. It was a gamble for Trump to challenge Democrats. If they had stood, it would have shown that, while their policies are radical, they at least still believe Americans come first. But their refusal and Spanberger’s choice to double down on the demonization of Trump’s immigration policies solidified that Americans cannot trust Democrats to hold their interests above all else.”
