  1. This is how we are supposed to care for our fellow man. From Jeff Childers:

Notice how quickly Trump drops the political theater when an actual person is in actual danger? While Democrats are busily drafting letters demanding ICE agents wear nametags, the president is mobilizing the FBI director for a kidnapping in Arizona. NBC has spent years calling Trump a monster. His response? “Let me help your family.” That’s either political genius or genuine decency —or both— and the left simply cannot understand it.

This isn’t an isolated incident. President Trump has a long, quiet history of helping people in crisis— even people who hate him.

At the end of the day, we are all Americans, and this is what we do. We pray God will sustain Nancy’s fragile health and bring her home soon

  2. He is a mayor…small “m”. Why all of a sudden is it that a “mayor” equates to “ruler” in their delusional minds??? Minneapolis, New York and now Baltimore???? Sheesh

    🚨

: Baltimore’s City Mayor Brandon Scott blows $165,000 of taxpayer money on a luxury SUV—the most expensive vehicle ANY Maryland official has—double what the governor spends. When a reporter simply asks about the outrageous cost? Scott immediately screams “racism”

“ANOTHER day of @SecScottBessent destroying Low IQ congressional dems:

“Senator, it may be a bit nuanced for you, but what @POTUS is referring to is the media saying that the affordability crisis was generated by this administration, when it was you and President Biden who destroyed the buying power of the American people. So there is an affordability crisis — and you were front and center in it.”

“A federal judge who authored a piece in the Atlantic claiming that he was resigning from the federal bench because of the Trump White House’s “assault on the rule of law” was under investigation for misconduct at the time of his resignation.

“The order did not provide details about the alleged misconduct but stated it could include “treating litigants, attorneys, judicial employees or others in a demonstrably egregious and hostile manner” or creating a hostile workplace for court employees. Judge Barron ultimately concluded that further action was unnecessary because of “intervening events.”

“MN Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz’s allegations that ICE “has likely violated more court orders in Jan 2026 than some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence” made wall to wall headlines and has been repeated by some of his other colleagues during immigration proceedings.

But did anyone bother to check to see if this extreme statement–and the list of 96 orders cited by Schiltz’s as evidence ICE had snubbed the courts–were true?

I checked some randomly and then the first ten on Schiltz’s list. And you will be SHOCKED to learn not a single order in the top ten represents ICE violating a court order….(piece to follow)”

“What’s Up With This Judicial Warrants Stuff?

Let’s talk briefly about judicial warrants. The Democrats want them to be required for arrests of illegal aliens precisely because they want to stop the arrests of illegal aliens.

Right now, when an immigration judge issues a final order to deport an illegal alien after all his vaunted due process, there is an administrative warrant, which allows ICE to go grab him. Understand that the process is done. The guy has had his hearing and now the immigration judge has determined he must go. The law says that a district court has no jurisdiction to review the determination of the immigration judge. No.

So, what exactly what the judicial warrant do? Well, nothing. There’s no determination to be made by the district court judge. That determination has been made already by the immigration judge, and the district court has no jurisdiction to question it. So, when a judge signs a judicial warrant, what would he be doing? What is the effect of a second warrant? He has no determination to make. It would effectively be a ministerial act, since he doesn’t have the grounds to invalidate what the immigration judge did.

Of course, that would not stop a leftist judge (or magistrate, who is not an Art. 3 judge either) from engaging in gamesmanship. He could refuse to sign the warrants for whatever reason. He could ignore the lack of jurisdiction – that’s happening all the time – and decide that the immigration judges order of deportation is ineffective for some made-up reason. Maybe he would just put them all in a pile and not get to them. Is the DHS supposed to go to the court of appeal on every single warrant that doesn’t get signed? And there would be zillions of these warrants. The district courts would be doing nothing but signing, or not signing, them.

That’s the scam. They create a insurmountable administrative barrier to getting warrants that simply validate existing warrants. It’s nonsense, but it would achieve their goal of effectively ending deportations.

Does the Constitution require them! No. Here’s the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

There is nothing there regarding requiring an Art. 3 judge The warrant issued by immigration judges are warrants executed by a judge, just not an Art. 3 judge. Note that Democrats have no objection to, for example, administrative warrants, issued by the EPA in environmental cases.

The subject of these warrants has already been before a factfinder and lost. If you have been ordered deported, there’s probable cause to grab you and deport you. Nothing in the Constitution requires a superfluous additional step that, incidentally, creates a logistical obstacle through volume, and the ability to simply refuse to comply, to effectively negate immigration enforcement.

    It’s a lie and a scam.”

The reason we’ve gotten to where we are is because too many ‘Republicans’ simply view our nation as numbers on a balance sheet.”

Sorry Fox, there are way bigger stories than some famous persons mom being missing.

Cover it, sure, but this is ridiculous.

  11. Thinking of the high coverage of that story . . . all those in that industry must be feeling threatened by the scenario realizing it could be their family member targeted. But giving so much coverage maybe giving the abductor the publicity they seek. Or perhaps this is a tactic of law enforcement to flush out the criminal involved. I did not realize there is that much coverage because we just watch Fox Local. I do look at a lot of Fox reels on Instagram and there are many more reels on there of things other than that story. Prayers that NG can be found safe very soon.
