  1. Good morning. Headed to town for Miguel dental appointment. He has to have all of that done prior to his heart surgery. His cardiac cath came out good. No need for any stents.

  2. Good news, rk. So glad to hear it.

Janice, congrats on being first, I guess. 😀

The frost on the trees here has been breathtaking. Oh, what a Creator God we have! We are created in His image and that means appreciating and wanting beauty around us.

  3. I love what you wrote about our Creator God, Kathaleena.♡

RK, thankful that the heart cath gave good news.

A really good friend in my Bible study group has up and moved very soon after her mother died. I think we are all grieving. She also taught the older ladies who were widows so a bunch of people are feeling a great loss. I am glad for her going with God’s leading. She knows no one in the town where she has moved to in AL. Not many people would be so brave. She is now half way between where her daughters live.

  4. Wednesday! It’s getting cloudy after a blue sky start to the day. Tomorrow thru Friday they are now predicting the Palmer Divide will see close to 9 inches of snow…that’s us…yippee!!

Rk we are so thankful for the good report and pray continually for you and Miguel..and Trey….

Janice we have thought about uprooting and heading to a new state and new town…we still think about it. What hinders us is moving to the unknown like your friend. I pray she makes friends quickly and finds her new surroundings filled with peace, comfort and of course His continued blessing.

I drove over to Kiowa and dropped off my donations then over to Elizabeth to grab some trail mix and hit the Walmart. I stocked up on vitamin C, zinc, elderberry and cough stuff. Everyone around here is coming down with something so I thought I should be prepared just in case! The flu seems to be particularly prevalent right now in town.

  5. I was also remembering how this group sometimes raced to 100. Now we do it in age rather than in posts!

We were in the 70s today. Not at all like January.

I had my first dermatologist appointment as an adult today. Glas to report that nothing I had questioned was of concern to the good doctor. My father always warned me about trying to get those summer tans. We used baby oil instead of sunscreen, not good!
