Why do gov’t bodies always insist on investigating poor people for getting a few extra dollars and ignore the multi-million dollar frauds in medicare and medicaid? Or in billion dollar subsidies to rockets that keep exploding?
Oh, my word. Are you serious, hrw? We have lost billions in fraud, money meant to go to autistic individuals and children. What it funded is disgusting. Why in the world would anyone question investigating it? Besides our governor, attorney general and a whole lot of Democrats, that is.
And why would you think any of this fraud is being done by poor people? We have a whole lot of welfare entities in this state.
And why would you say Medicare and Medicaid fraud is not investigated. I personally know someone who turned in some Medicaid fraud decades ago. That is one reason people are sent statements to make sure doctors etc. are not doing it. There are other investigations all the time.
Of course, we, the taxpayers are paying for it. We went from billions in surplus to being in the hole. It doesn’t hurt you, hrw.
