Good morning! It has cooled enough to truly feel like fall. I am happy in this weather, although I remember when young I could almost count on getting sick with a cold during the change of the seasonal weather.
I hope everyone has a great day. You can imagine that all the CDC people are not happy today. They have been through so much. Our local economy may be feeling the effects if the shutdown goes for long. As Art headed out, I said traffic may be lighter.
Morning! It is a lovely day here and my friends will meet me at the memory care unit this afternoon to visit with our friend. The four of us together again. We pray this will be a boost to her spirit knowing she is loved well. ❣️We plan to spiff up her room in a more feminine way…I cringe going into that sterile room even though husband of hers thinks it’s good enough…nope!
My brother was like that, NJ, when my mother moved to assisted living. He would not bring things from her home which he lived in to make it feel like home for her. I was the one who furnished it. I totally don’t understand that mindset.
