I made a doctors appointment for Tuesday. My neck muscles have been spasms for no reason Then I found my head aching in the spot where I hit it when I fell two years ago. Not sure what is happening
We hit the record high yesterday at 93°. I actually mowed, all in the shade. The grass was not high so I did not struggle with a heavy mulch bag. I hardly broke a sweat. We have a cold front now with lower temps more like the norm. Also have rain in the forecast.
