  1. “Media is asking me why the Republican Conference failed to pass my Resolution to remove a federally indicted Democrat from the Homeland Security Committee. I’m telling them to talk with these guys. They’re the Republicans who failed to stand with federal law enforcement: Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), Rep. Michael Flood (R-NE), Rep. Dave Joyce (R-OH), Rep. David Valadao (R-CA), Rep. Andrew Garbarino (R-NY), and Rep. Nathaniel Moran (R-TX).

And by the way, every single one of these Republicans voted to EXPEL Republican George Santos from Congress in 2023.

    • This book-sized report is certainly a better read than anything X has to offer. And it provides some substance for debate regarding Israeli/Hamas actions: debate, but not definitive conclusions, in my opinion. It’s a rational and valiant defense of Israeli actions, and it at least attempts to be less biased than many sources. It addresses actions up until June 1, 2025. That’s my assessment so far.

I may read more later, but from what I’ve read, I don’t think it’s going to be sufficient to justify Israel. Not to me or to many other people who have been tracking what’s going on there. Israel’s own words and actions are sufficient for many to question both their motives and actions.

  11. Roberto Duterte, former president of the Philippines, is in custody in the Hague at the International Criminal Court for killing drug dealers without trial. Putin, Bibi, and a few others have outstanding warrants at the same body. Blowing up a ship based merely on the accusations of your own gov’t agency can be construed as a war crime or crime against humanity. Respect of rule of law is important — you can’t claim they are drug dealers (or “narco-terrorists” – a term designed to inflame) and then kill them.

Its the same with sending in the National Guard — at what pretext? A few weeks ago, somebody here assured me that DC was different and sending in the National Guard was okay. Now to push the envelope, some are now suggesting its okay to send the Guard from some states to other states on the mere pretext of preventing crimes. A pretext which is bogus — sending the Louisiana National Guard to Illinois to prevent crime is amusing, as Louisiana has a far higher violent crime rate. Yielding arbitrary force based on false pretences is an erosion of the rule of law.

Kaine is right — law and rights come from the government. When the gov’t refuses to acknowledge rights and rule of law, they cease to exist. When people are executing without a trial or deported without due process, they obviously have no inherent rights — if they did, why are they so easy to ignore

  12. Autism rates have indeed increased or at least the reported rates of Autism diagnosis have increased. And it’s the latter that is important; the definition has widened to a “spectrum” and reporting is far more prevalent. Special ed programs have increased this as diagnosis and reporting ensures your child will receive extra help. That is the main reason for the spectacular increase.

To pinpoint other reasons behind the increase is extremely difficult — chemicals in the food supply, vaccines, societal pressure, chemical exposure while pregnant, etc — are all a concern. Interestingly to push for a bio-chemical explanation is to lean to a biological explanation for personality not normally how most conservative Christians lean.

As for vaccines, they’ve been in use for far longer than the increase in autism. I have no desire to see a polio summer in my lifetime so lets stop this nonsense before people start dying needlessly. The decrease in infant mortality is almost directly attributed to mass vaccine programs.

I can’t take Dr Oz seriously. Covid deaths were under-reported in places like China so comparisons are difficult to make. However, the US death rate per million was higher than the EU or Canada; both jurisdictions had stronger or similar rules to the US. Perhaps it wasn’t the rules but the health facilities, adherence to rules, or length of time rules were enforced.

  13. The US has one of the most open free speech rules in the world. Celebrities and public figures will wait until books and articles are published or sold outside the US before proceeding with litigation. The Daily Mail has put its online headquarters in the US despite being a British publication to avoid troublesome UK rules regarding truth in publishing (which is why you should never read the Mail). You can chant “Hang Mike Pence” or other threats to public figures and as long as you don’t make an actual physical attempt to bring that thought or expression to completion you are left alone. You can’t threaten to disembowel a politician in Canada but you can in the US — just don’t purchase a special knife or look up surgical instructions.

The Supreme Court has failed. Even Roberts has acknowledged that rule of law is endangered but failed to take responsibility, nor did he assign blame — all of which is weird from my point of view.

“A shocking report released by the Government of Canada last week has received virtually no attention from the media, despite the fact that it details how Hamas and Hezbollah are carrying out a wide range of activities in Canada to fund their heinous operations.

The report notes, for instance, that Hezbollah’s financial operations are connected to both Canada’s fentanyl crisis as well as our worsening car theft industry, which is one of the worst in the world. Indeed, the report states that the Port of Montreal is a “known link where luxury vehicles are shipped to Lebanon, financially supporting Hezbollah.”

Abuse of non-profit and charitable activities in Canada, as well as licit and illicit financial transactions across the country, are also generating revenue for terrorist groups, among other things.

“PYM’s Aisha: How to Disrupt the F-35 Program

This may be the most alarming thing to come out of the People’s Conference for Palestine because it is a step-by-step playbook that America’s enemies could benefit from.

Aisha, a leader with the Palestinian Youth Movement, explained how activists could cripple the U.S. military’s crown jewel fighter jet program, the F-35:“

70% of the cost of the F-35 program actually comes from the supply chain… It functions off of this just-in-time logistics process… If one specific node of the F-35 supply chain is intervened in, it has a huge impact.”

She pressed the audience to study the system and attack weak points with precision:

“We need to be surgical. We need to be strategic. And we need to be bold in our actions. Because there are many different points of these supply chains of death that we can intervene in and we must intervene in.”

This is an operational roadmap for undermining U.S. defense readiness. Framed through Palestine, the implications reach far beyond. Imagine a global conflict where anti-American activists, taking these words literally, set out to sabotage the logistics of America’s crown jewel weapons systems.

I cannot overstate how radical and dangerous this really is.”

“At the People’s Conference for Palestine, Aisha Nizar of the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM) laid out a militant strategy: don’t just attack weapons manufacturers like Elbit Systems, but target the logistics companies that move U.S. weapons around the world.

“Instead of taking on a weapons manufacturer directly, we said let’s actually go at the veins carrying these weapons across… What we learned is that Maersk is actually using civilian infrastructure to transfer weapons. That’s a contradiction in and of itself… if they’re going to use our civilian infrastructure, that provides an opportunity for everyday people to intervene in the supply chain of death.”

Nizar tied this to the Maritime Security Program, which outfits commercial fleets to carry U.S. military cargo. Because Maersk makes up more than 50% of that fleet, she concluded:

“It’s not rocket science. The U.S. is sending $19 billion worth of military aid to the Zionist entity. Maersk makes up over 50% of this fleet. We know Maersk is a target. We know they’re embedded and profiting big off of our genocide.”

Many assume pro-Palestinian activists are just “useful idiots” parroting slogans. But Nizar’s remarks show a level of strategic sophistication: she’s not talking about chants or rallies, but about identifying chokepoints in global trade and weaponizing them. That should concern anyone who cares about any Western country or ally.”

  22. This story is a good example of how rumors and false ideas run rampant on social media sites.

JD Vance’s Warning About Trump ‘Death Bed’ Misinformation Was… Misinformation

~ “Vice President JD Vance just pulled off a very 2025 trick: warning about fake news by making some up.

Following a few days of bizarre and baseless rumors — primarily from far left social media trolls and influencers — about President Donald Trump’s health, Vance logged onto X and wrote:

“If the media you consumed told you that Donald Trump was on his death bed because he didn’t do a press conference for 3 days, imagine what else they’re lying to you about.”

It’s a neat line. Punchy. Timely. But also false. No credible outlet — not The New York Times, not CNN, not Fox, not even the most fringe clickbait — reported Trump was on his death bed. The story existed only in rumor mills and the viral, self-feeding algorithms of social media, mainly on the cesspool that X has become since one-time Trump ally Elon Musk killed any moderation in the name of “free speech.”

In fact, these rumors spread like spilled ink on X until mainstream reporters eventually swatted it down with solid reporting. But like all conspiracy theories that persist, it’s virtually impossible to prove that no media outlet reported Trump’s rumored health woes.

And yet Vance cast it as fact. In warning against misinformation, he became a conduit for it. He conjured a lie to illustrate the dangers of lies. Meta-misinformation.” ~

  25. 1:49 — that “shocking” report from the Canadian gov’t that no one is mentioning — it’s not shocking, it’s boring, that’s why no one is mentioning it.

The vast majority of the report had to do with money laundering, fraud, crypto, and smuggling. Fentayl was barely mentioned — mostly in the context of the US-Canada border where fentayl and guns are smuggled into Canada and marijuana is smuggled into the US.

Most of the report had to do with nations and organised crime involved in fraud or laundering. North Korea, Iran and Russia were cited as directly involved while Turkey, UAE, USA, and a few other states were involved via private groups. Bike gangs, mafia, and street gangs were cited as additional problems

It took about halfway through the long boring report before they mentioned Hamas and Hezbollah. They were mentioned along with other terrorists groups which included ISIS, Daresh, Taliban, Khalistani (Sikh), Proud Boys (and other white supremacists groups). Hamas barely generated two paragraphs — about as much as the Proud Boys and Khalistani. Hezbollah was given some additional coverage mostly due to Lebanon’s involvement in money laundering in general. They specifically mentioned Hezbollah’s involvement in the used car trade (not stolen as suggested by the tweet). You don’t have to steal used SUVs in Canada — there’s a huge profitable market overseas for used North American cars as long as there’s no import fees at the destination. Alot of Poles got rich in the 90s importing used SUVs.

The report actually spent far more time discussing the Taliban and ISIS than any other group including Hezbollah. In short the tweet was lying. Nothing shocking other than the fact people still take X seriously.

US Infant mortality did indeed dip in 2021- 22, but very little. Perhaps because of Covid related health issues or simply a rounding error (its that minimal). In 2023, infant mortality declined again following the same long term trajectory from the last 75 years, from a rate of 31 per 1000 live births in 1951 to 5.2 per 1000 in 2025.

As I mentioned a few days ago, time periods are important when considering statistics. A blip over a year during a pandemic should be looked at in terms of overall trends. The massive decline from 1950 – 2000 is incredible and almost entirely due to mass vaccine programs. If you don’t like stats, go to your local cemetery and wander through the 1940s section counting the children’s graves and then do the same for 2000s. The difference is stark. Vaccines work.

Sen Marshall has a counting issue. I checked the Ontario gov’ts list of recommended vaccines for children. I counted 15 jabs from 0 to 16 years of age. The 15 jabs would deliver 23 vaccines as some “jabs” were 5 in 1 or 3 in 1 vaccines. 15 needles is better than a dead child or a measles or polio epidemic causing life long problems.

I’m not approving of any acts of sabotage but I can see the logic. Its the same logic, my uncle and friends used to derail trains in the Netherlands during WW2.

The F-35 is a massively over priced inferior jet that doesn’t need anyone to sabotage it. The F-35 sabotages itself.

And Maxine Waters calling for the 25th? Seriously? She is such a dingbat that she needs to be retired! She’s made enough money and trouble for the American taxpayers…

  30. Trump reminds me of my 90 year old mother. When not hidden by clothes or make up, you will notice what appears to be bruising or blood clots on the extremities. Mentally he forgets names or places, etc. When you are at the start of mental decline, your brain relies on muscle memory — for Trump its real estate and its why he seems to think in terms of real estate even when discussing foreign affairs, money etc. His approach to Ukraine is pure real estate mentality and its why it failed.

For all Biden’s issues, he was/is in good physical health. Mentally, he may have had some issues but in terms of muscle memory — he was always a politician so his actions were appropriate for the job. In addition, unlike Trump, Biden delegated authority and chose appropriately.

Maxine Waters like many of the old guard Democrats should retire. The younger Democrats are far more radical and will motivate their base more.

  31. Lol…Biden falling up the AF1 stairs 3 times during his ascent, falling off his bike, falling at the AF Academy graduation, banging his head on the helicopter as he exited…..yep that guy was in fine physical shape!!

  32. AJ – Yes, of course, it was people on the left who started the rumor about Trump being dead. That seems like it would go without saying.

Do you have any links to mainstream sources that ran the story, other than exposing it as a rumor?
