  1. That flower came up in a metal tub previous owners left here. I transplanted irises from our old house into the tub not knowing the lilies were there. The irises have since pretty much taken over the tub, but this one lily keeps coming back every year. Persistence!

    And it’s Friday again!

  2. Beautiful photo up there! The color is amazing!

Nice start to our day. Rain yesterday and more tonight. The forest is a much welcome green! My flowers were pretty much obliterated by the hail the other day. Need to go out there and trim it all back and start over again

  3. That is a beautiful flower! Such a rich color. And, thanks, Peter, for supplying some humor for today.

It’s going to be hot soon, living up to the name H’Atlanta!

We have a women’s event at church tomorrow so I may make some gluten free muffins to carry and perhaps some salmon patties. I have invited several ladies outside the church to attend so we will see who shows up.

  4. The lily is beautiful. I have a few different lilies. One group usually gets about 5 ft. tall and have huge blossoms. This year they are only about half that height. Maybe I need to add some fertilizer to the soil. It is a beautiful time of year with all the flowers, both wild and domestic.

  5. I survived even after falling out of the tube in the middle of rapids and having to go through with nothing. When I fell in again my friend had me take her floating device which worked well

then I spent two hours in the car park waiting to give my friend her keys

still don’t know where she is but I called her husband who was biking nearby. Gave him the keys

    don’t know what happened
