Rain is on the way here, too. It was too hot yesterday, but 10 degrees less than you, NJ. Nice and cool for the moment. How I love the morning and evening cool! It will not last all summer, so I have to enjoy it now.
Good morning. I had an early visit with my primary care doc. It was my annual wellness “free” exam. My friend told me her other friend recently had hers in the same healthcare system, and she was allotted fifteen minutes and could only ask the doc one question. I was blessed that my doc was much more generous. She is Art’s doc, too. I feel like between the insurance company and the financial driven system that seniors are often really shorted on the care given.
The lab tech said each patient gets their own touneque, and other of the various supplies, unlike where she’s previously worked. I had mentioned how many times a day she must change those latex gloves. It is a shame to consider all the waste that drives costs up. I know it partly helps keep patients safe from germs, but some things seem like they are just plain wasteful.
