There are many immigration cases that need to be handled with judgement. Illegals who are gang members or criminals are the easy cases to judge but harder to catch. The more complicated cases are easier to catch since they’re mostly law abiding. We MUST be a people who show good judgement. And we should demand it if our elected officials.
This is how hit pieces are done. They can’t have facts getting in the way of the narrative/lies they wish to push. Shame on the WSJ.

“Earlier today, there was a media report erroneously claiming that the Tesla Board had contacted recruitment firms to initiate a CEO search at the company.
This is absolutely false (and this was communicated to the media before the report was published)
. The CEO of Tesla is Elon Musk and the Board is highly confident in his ability to continue executing on the exciting growth plan ahead.”
“It is an EXTREMELY BAD BREACH OF ETHICS that the @WSJ would publish a DELIBERATELY FALSE ARTICLE and fail to include an unequivocal denial beforehand by the Tesla board of directors!”
“THREAD: Congressman Shri Thanedar’s conflict of interest
It’s been floating around that Shri Thanedar left beagles to starve in a building when his company went bankrupt in 2010. But what’s not mentioned is that his successor company, Avomeen Analytical Services, appears to be receiving federal money and got a massive influx of federal spending ever since he became Congressman in 2024 and continues to accelerate in 2025. @DOGE_GSA”

“But that’s not the only UEI. Avomeen is aliased to many other companies in the USA Spending database, with some awards having a start date after he started office in January 2023. They appear to be majority HHS and VA (@DOGE_HHS @DOGE_VA ) :”

“Overall, taking all the Element Materials Technology UEIs, they have profited really nicely from the federal government since Thanedar took office.”
The more complicated cases are easier because they are law abiding? They came here illegally.
If they want due process they must start there…apply by legal means.
The mothers of the birthright children made the call. They wanted their children with them. They made the decision. Actions have consequences Many of these illegal invaders know all too well how to play the system.
Due process is being decried by the left and when they agree to due process for those being aborted I might listen..
Due process for everyone is the ideal, if we lived in Utopia. I choose to align with what is least harmful to the greatest number of American citizens who are footing the bills and have been hugely damaged in often untold ways by all the illegal aliens here. We will never know the extent of it.
I have always realized that the friends I have on the left believe in Utopia. If only we would do what they say, we’d be in Utopia. Frankly, what God has given us is far from perfect on earth . . . but His perfection is on the horizon.
We have been told, “The poor will always be with you.” I count the falsely accused among the poor. That is why I have been involved with prison ministry, donating time and money. It is to provide Christian resources above all to the falsely accused. But also to the many others who benefit.
US citizens had a right to due process. We knew that when j6ers were denied it. Now it’s convenient to forget. This is not a wise path to pursue. For anyone.
I’m not waiting for someone else (left/right/center) to do or say the right thing. I’m saying it now. :–)
Debra, you are concerned for the child who is under law a US citizen, is what I am understanding. I think that means that law, in your mind, overrides the natural instinct to keep children with their mother’s? Am I wrong to assume that the child could later enter the country with its citizenship papers when it is older? I do know that Jesus did overrides laws at times because of compassion. Just wondering and looking for understanding.
When should the government usurp the rights of a parents? Colorado says take away a child from parents if the parents won’t affirm transgendered child or even mutilate that child’s body in the name of Transgenderism. So a Mom wants to take her child with her when Mom is sent back to her country as she is not legally here. Government overrides Mom? Where are all the pro choice voices saying she knows better? Where are the feminists crying women’s rights? So Mom should get a pass for her illegal choices?
Those US citizen children can return as adults if they choose. Until then, they are rightfully under the charge of the parent. The parent choose to take them with them. This isn’t the govts decision, and due process is irrelevant.
I’m not saying the citizen child should not go with the mother. But due process would take the time to slow down enough to find out.
Attornies for the sick citizen are trying to get custody for the father who I believe is a citizen. It is probable that the mother would agree I think.
In the rushed stampede to fulfill deportation quotas doesn’t allow time to find out.
We are supposed to be deporting criminals —-” the worst of the worst” . Are these mothers gang affiliated? What’s so urgent that due process cannot take it’s course? One of the cases had a hearing set for mid May.
This administration’s demonstrated lack of regard for due process seems to be getting worse to me. And that doesn’t bode well for the country or the MAGA agenda.
I agree having seen heavy handed actions of some ICE officers. Uncalled for treatment of some who although here illegally seem to be no threat to the safety of our legal citizens.
Having said that…we are not just talking about those who appear non threatening from Mexico or Latin countries. Many are here from China, Iran, Afghanistan…enemy countries of the US., What better way to infiltrate than to appear to be non threatening. Our country has every right and obligation to ensure the legality and safety of those residing here. Guaranteed no other nation on earth puts up with this foolishness… not even Mexico! And they certainly would not be providing financially for invaders
Some deportations are more cut and dried than others. Using quotas almost guarantees that some citizens will have their rights trampled and that is unacceptable . We need to slow down a bit especially when there are none-gang related families involved.
“Those US citizen children can return as adults if they choose.”
AJ, those citizens can return any time they choose. Their citizenship is no less valid than yours or mine. They and their families deserve complete and total due process. And they should not have been allowed to leave without a valid US passport that gives them free right of entry that all US citizens have any time they choose.
No there is no Utopia. There are only kingdoms—2 of them: the kingdom of this world and the kingdom of our God.
I don’t feel a great need to change everyone’s mind. But I do want my words and opinions to proclaim positions that align with the kingdom of our God. I’m convinced that truth has a power of it’s own, so I’m content to agree or to agree to disagree. Sometime the mind that gets changed is my own. :–)

This is today, Dulles Airport.
