I lift AJ to You this morning asking that You give him relief from the symptoms of the flu. May it be short-lived, passing through for a few days and not setting up residence. Thank You that he can enjoy the comforts of home as he recouperates. Please keep Cheryl well and healthy. Please keep him on schedule with meds and drinking plenty of fluids to help move the virus out of his body. Thank You for a ready supply of tissues and other helps for such ailments. May he feel better with each passing day. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen
I think I tried posting here yesterday but had trouble with a needed edit so I disappeared it. It is frustrating!
Sad about the sepsis, Kathaleena. Some survive it, but it takes the lives of many. Praying for them to have strength to see him through to better days here or even a better situation there in eternity with Jesus.
AJ, I did not have anything to eat for two days as I knew it would come back up. Art had the opposite problem with it. Do you have much of a fever? My fever hit 101 only once. Otherwise it was low grade but lasted longer than expected. Did you get tested for the flu or is that a guess like our best guess?
I misunderstood the person who was having the amputation and sepsis. It is another member of the congregation. He will have his leg amputated just below his knee tomorrow morning. The pastor is still healing with questions of where he should be–in rehab or still in the hospital room.

I’m still down. I’ve had nothing but water since Tues. Even that comes back up. The fever comes and goes. The cough and phlegm continue as well.
