Yesterday, new Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced that, in five days, eighty percent of open FEMA requests from North Carolina’s Hurricane Helene disaster area have now been resolved. In five days.
I don’t remember if I linked this before, but it offers a deeper look at our politics and where we may be heading. It’s not all about personalities or particular people, but ideas and principles.
And here’s another case in point of what a difference the new administration is making.
“The recent dismissal of the U.S. Department of Justice’s case against Dr. Eithan Haim is not just a legal victory for one person, but a crucial moment in the fight to protect children from harm. It is also another example of the real fact that if we, as American citizens, speak up loudly and consistently against injustices and pray, vote, and engage – electing leaders who are pursuing justice – that we can see victories on the issues that we care about.
The 34-year-old surgeon, who bravely exposed Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) for continuing transgender procedures on minors despite publicly stating it had stopped, should never have been prosecuted in the first place. His case was a blatant attempt to punish a whistleblower for revealing the truth, and its dismissal is a confirmation of justice, accountability, and the right to expose wrongdoing.
“WE DID IT!!!! WE WON!!!!!!!” Haim posted on social media afterward.
As one of the leaders of the social conservative movement, we at Family Policy Alliance highlighted Haim’s story at our SoConCon event last summer in front of top organization and ministry leaders. Our family policy councils around the nation, especially Texas Values in Haim’s home state, highlighted his story nonstop as we also worked together to push back against gender modification surgeries with our initiative Help, not Harm that we launched in 2021. …..”
“I’d love to hear what TCW’s solution is.After the ascent of St George, libs stated EXPLICITLY that they were going to embed their ideological project into every aspect of the institutions.
This ensured that there would be negative consequences that came along with extirpating it and was done INTENTIONALLY by the libs.
The solution is to clean out and punish the institutions that played politics and lost and then go after the NGOs and black money pools that libs slink back to when they’ve suffered a temporary defeat.
This is the only way forward. Milquetoast centrists like TCW advocate for respectable defeatism that is guaranteed to fail because that best suits their social needs. This should be unequivocally rejected.
Thankfully the Trump administration is now full of competent people who are hardened and determined after being persecuted by libs who threatened their careers, livelihoods, and personal safety and understand first hand the importance of what needs to be done.
Oh brother. Apparently a minister in Chattanooga told his congregation they may have to get violent to fight DOGE, butchering Matt 11:12:
““… Why not talk this way? Because Jesus did… Jesus said in this key verse… ‘The kingdom of Heaven suffers — what — violence. And the who — the violent — take it by force,” Caudle preached. “The kingdom of God is a warzone, it is a battlefield. You did know this, right?”
