  1. Lovely colors in those lights! We’ve had some in our area recently, first time in my life I’ve ever heard of them appearing where I live, but I don’t drive after dark and anyway mostly it’s what Michelle experienced, that it shows up in photos but can’t necessarily be seen with the eye–and thus I’d just as soon experience it through other people’s photos as go out seeking it!

  2. Happy brunch time to all. I had a followup appt. after my good mammogram with oncology. How fun to find out that the practitioner I saw lives on the far end of our long street. I told her that all the leaves in the neighborhood seem to blow into our carport so I might have some of her leaves, lol Actually, our street is several miles long so we would not really have any of her leaves.

  3. Sunshine and in the 40’s .

Before we brought Lu in last night she decided to chase the two coyote as they made their way through the front of the porch! Crazy dog!!!

The deer have been hanging around so much and were here early this morning. A friend’s sweet beagle was mauled by a deer last night… he didn’t make it. We’re all crying😢

  4. I’ve always wanted to see the Northern Lights like that. There was once about 15 years ago we could kind of see them where we lived (about 30 miles S of the Iowa border), but all we saw was some purplish shades of light. Last summer we tried to see them here but even with a camera it wasn’t much.

  5. I enjoyed seeing photos of the Northern Lights in National Geographic when young! Down here in Georgia, that was the best we could do. Back then no one imagined the ease we would have in taking quality photos to share instantly!
