Prayer for our church, here. Last Thanksgiving, one of our guys suggested a Thanksgiving meal open to the entire community. We have been saving our pennies so have the money, but we have a very small body so all will need to pitch in as they can. It is planned for the twenty third at the American Legion. Prayer for participation from the community and that the people will see the Hand of God.
Sounds like grandson Wes born yesterday at three and a half pounds, sixteen some inches. Breathing and heart beat fine, expected to stay in the NICU for the next four to six weeks.
That is some name, if it is Ford Platinum. Sorry to hear he will be in the NICU for so long. That is difficult. Glad there is help for these littles, however. We had one in for that long and it was a blessing for her.
My niece was born three months early and was in the NICU for about two and a half months. You would never know it, though. She was a robust, intelligent, and mostly healthy child. As an adult, she has a Masters degree in something related to education, and I think she works for a school as some kind of counselor.
I’ll have to check with Nightingale about that. I could be mistaken.
