  3. Here in MN we have protestors that took over a building on the main U and wouldn’t let people out. They also destroyed items. Yet, they have all been released but one who is charged with assault. Yes, sure. That is just like they treat pro-life protestors etc.

    And who would have ever thought Anti-Semitism would raise its ugly head again.

    I am so glad we know the end of the story. All evil, including this, will be banished away.

  4. Interesting to think about the rally here in Clarkston. That is where, when President, Obama sent a whole lot of Muslim refugees to resettle. It is very near the biggest community of Jews in the SE and maybe the nation. I am curious if some of those are Hamas supporters. I remember Hamas supporters had the protests against Harris and Biden at the DNC. I do remember back in the day it was questionable if Obama might be a closet Muslim.

    I wonder how much of the rally will be about policy and how much will be the old hate Trump and incite people against him agenda.

    Prayers for Kamala in case Hamas people seek revenge for their leader being killed by IDF recently.

  15. Our Republican governor is planning to give all citizens of Georgia 250.00 in tax rebate out of the surplus if they fall below a certain income level. That means we should be getting 500.00 back next year if it goes as planned. Kemp has done a good job in comparison on the state level.

  24. Well I finally was able to take Dad to early vote yesterday. We tried a couple of times before but the lines were just too long. I haven’t seen numbers yet, but it seemed more crowded than usual. I finally found a voting spot with a convenient handicapped entrance and was able to get Dad in there. He’s pretty sturdy but I didn’t want to have him waiting outside for too long, even though his walker does allow him to sit.

    Trump was at the top of a very long list of presidential candidates. There must have been a dozen names of people running for president! I will be glad to see November 5th in the rearview.

  27. We spent the afternoon at the courthouse and sheriff dept. too late foe early voter registration unless he wanted to vote today. He did not, wanted to study the candidates some more. But we were able to get voter only photo ID after I filled out a lease agreement verifying he lived with me. No lines at either place and no other customers came in. So on Nov 5 we will try to head in in the morning, get him registered, vote, and he will be pleased he did his civic duty.
