The surgery went well, according to the doctor. The foot hurts, but less each day. I had told him about the stress we’d had with pain meds twice last year, and he generously prescribed five days of the good stuff to last through the weekend instead of just three. I’m starting to wean off of it. I have a follow-up visit with him on Tuesday.
While Mrs B and KJ have been waiting on me hand and foot, so to speak, I’ve mostly been sleeping and binge watching Hawaii Five O (the original from the 60s-70s).
