I am supposed to have a video call from my doc as a checkup on my progress with the new blood pressure med. I usually get texts about upcoming appointments, but I did not receive one for this. Will see if it happens.

I have been waiting an hour to talk with the doc. I had a call from the office to get a bit of record keeping done, but not a word from the doc. My medical portal did not like my phone number for a video call. Now on the portal the appointment looks like it already took place, but it hasn’t. Healthcare in big systems is just weird.

Yes, Janice, and frustrating for so many. My doctor couldn’t figure out what to do on the one and only computer appointment I was supposed to have. Another doctor never got back to my husband. I have seen older people so stressed when trying to check in by computer at our clinic. Health care is not what it used to be. I am grateful for all the good people who work in the field.
We have smoke in our air here, so I cannot imagine how it is for those who live close by the fires. 😦

The Seven Dwarfs are growing like weeds. Getting lots of human attention and handling from bro and sis in law and my two youngest. The names seem to change.

Oh, Arizona pictures! I so love that desert. We spent our honeymoon exploring around the Phoenix area and our 25th exploring around Tucson.
We attended a wedding this weekend (DIL’s sister’s wedding). It felt sort of weird to be invited to it, but we decided to go as we could really help wrangle our grandchildren. I ended up holding 2 month old Vera quite a bit as DIL was a bridesmaid and seemingly the only sane member of her family 🙂
The twins and their little brother were ring bearers – so cute all dressed the same. Wesley did a great job holding the box with the rings and giving it to the pastor. The 3 boys walked up holding hands, but daddy needed to come too.
We spent our 40th anniversary with them and walked to get ice cream and had a great time with all the grands – so fun.
