  1. Kizzie, one of my grandsons went into welding. He has been offered several jobs. He could use more certifications to get even better jobs. It is a great field to get into, as are many of the trades.

    Many people use whatever education they get to find their final niche, like anon’s son. I know one person who was hired because he had a music degree. It was not in a field related to music, whatsoever. However, the owner of the company had found that those whose brains worked that way, were valuable to what his company did. Life is strange and not nearly as black and white as high school or college student’s are presented.

  3. Prayer for our nation, our government officials;

    for a calm rest-of-the-election cycle with a clear (and accepted) decision by the voters in the end;

    and for a just end to the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine (and comfort for all those who have lost loved ones).
