  1. Why does the media suck so bad?

“We are learning that Josh Shapiro may have covered up a murder and the media can’t stop talking about a JD Vance cat joke from 3 years ago

    This is American politics now”

    ——

He did this to cover for the alleged perp, from a well connected family, who were friends of his.

“Josh Shapiro’s office ruled this a suicide Ellen Greenberg was stabbed 10x in the chest and 10x in the back

    2x postmortem

Why is Josh Shapiro covering up this murder?

Does it have to do with her finance’s well-connected family in Philadelphia politics?”

  2. Kamala’s base.

And remember kids, don’t bring race into this….

“A recently resurfaced clip shows two prominent black women for Kamala slinging racial pejoratives during a Zoom call:

    “F*** the white women.”

Cora Masters Barry, an appointee of D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and “civil rights leader,” and Melanie Campbell, who leads the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, have visited the Biden-Harris White House **more than 50 times** and with Harris and her staff nearly a dozen times.

Both women are considered key activists and organizers behind Harris’ bid for the White House.

You can expect much more of this, and at very high levels, if Kamala Harris is elected.”

  3. “Rep. Shelley Moore Capito and Rep. Pete Ricketts discuss oversight findings on the funding of radical extremist groups through the Biden/Harris’ Inflation Reduction Act, calling it the “Invest in Radical Activity Act.”

“We’ve really been digging into who is getting these massive amounts of grants through the EPA. There’s $3 billion in the Inflation Reduction Act, the IRA, that will go for different climate buckets. And in our investigation, we found that a lot of this money that’s going out really has little to do with the environment and a lot to do with funding groups that are basically engaged in what I characterize as anti-American activities. They’re anti-American, anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, anti-police and anti-border security.

I’m also going to say that Vice President Harris…is quoted here, ‘I put equity at the center of our nation’s largest investment in climate in history, to reach the organizations that know their community best.’ That’s what she said when they rolled out and actually named these organizations. And interestingly, today, there was a news article today, saying that the green groups have now formed a coalition today, and guess who they’re endorsing for president? Vice President Harris.

This uncovers quite a bit of the $3 billion. We’re up to $200 million, actually a little bit more than that if you count everything all in, and this is just a lack of accountability. The administrator of the EPA has been questioned about this. He says the money hasn’t gone out, that was their first thing. ‘Well, they haven’t gotten the money yet.’ Now they’re saying, ‘well, we don’t check out the partner organizations.’ So this NDN [Collective] would be a partner organization as opposed to an actual grantee. So, why aren’t you vetting these people? I mean, this is taxpayer dollars, and what do they have to do with telling people how to live and cope better and clean up their environment?

So what are we doing about it? Well, we’re shining a light on it, and urging the EPA to not disburse this money and coincidentally, they haven’t disbursed all of this money yet, so we’ll see what happens. I pushed in the Appropriations Committee for more money for the EPA Inspector General, somebody to follow the money within the EPA, because they know best, an inspector general would be able to do that. And then I think the most important thing is we take control of Congress after January, we will be able to defund a lot of this, but we also be able to follow it and do much more oversight.””

  4. I did not get to see all of the Georgia rally yesterday because I had a call from a friend, but I was very impressed by Michaelah Montgomery. She is bold, brave and a warrior for getting truth out to the young blacks on HBUs. Thankful that she is in Georgia.

  5. The problem with those videos on X (or elsewhere, like those reels that some share on Facebook) is that they are too easily edited to make the point the one posting wants to make. I’ve seen too many of them that turned out to be deceptively edited, including on this blog.

It is too easy to take at face value videos or other posts that fit the narrative we already want to believe.

  6. Kizzie, I still think you could be employed in the industry since you have a great passion regarding these kinds of deception. I am not being snarky in saying that, but sincere. It seems you spend a lot of time looking to route this deception out. It would be great if you could be paid for your effort and make it more valuable to society than just posting it for the few people here. I would never have the skill or talent to observe so keenly as you do. I think you could use the extra income and somebody somewhere must want to pay for this type effort, especially during an election year.

  7. Janice – That is nice of you to say, but I really am just an amateur, like anybody else on social media. It’s just that every now and then, I decide to look into what a post or video is claiming.

The sad thing is that it usually only takes a very short amount of time to find the truth, but too many people don’t bother if a post confirms their preconceptions. That is something that we could all tempted to do. There have been times when I was “this close” to sharing something, then thought “I should probably google about this first,” and then realized that the piece or video was not correct.

Sometimes it does take a little more reading to figure out what it going on. But it is something that anyone can do. I don’t have any special talent at it, I’m merely skeptical and careful. Or at least, I try to be.

  8. Washington Examiner:

But, although both Khelif and Lin are biological males based on their XY sex chromosomes, it is difficult to know whether or to what extent they have the same advantages in competition as male-to-female transgender athletes. That is because the details about their testosterone levels and their physiological development have not been made public.

My granddaughter posted a scathing opinion on FB which caused us to question if this XY person is female or male. Does she have female organs or does he have male organs. Granddaughter is uber liberal and is livid anyone should question this person’s biology.

This article indicates he is a he. But due to “privacy” no one reports the physical aspects of this persons biological make up. Is that because it would clear it up that she is truly a he?I would believe if she is a she , she could clear this up rather quickly.

  9. Kizzie, it is your passion and dedication to it that make me see that it is a gift or calling to do that, not the fact that it is something anyone can do. Yes, I could do it, but it would take me three times as long and I would not have the tenacious spirit that you bring to it. I have a friend who is similar but she is dedicated to finding details about medical issues to share. I think perhaps because her dad was a public health doctor. It is like trying to carry on the family legacy. Did your mom or dad like to research things like you do?

  10. What I have read is that Khelif was born and raised as a female. Her birth certificate lists her as female, but she must have a higher level of testosterone than usual for women. (Apparently, though, that is not as rare as we might think.)

Algeria does not allow birth certificates to be changed. The speculation (I don’t think there has been a final declaration on this) is that, in addition to higher-than-normal (for women) testosterone, she may have another condition as well.

The boxing board that banned her (the IBA) is no longer associated with USA boxing, because of questions about their legitimacy. Their president is Russian, and an associate of Vladimir Putin. They had banned her due to unspecified tests, only after she beat Russia’s previously undefeated female boxer.

Also, Khelif competed in the last summer Olympics without any controversy. Although she has won a good number of bouts, she has also lost a number of bouts.

Here is one piece on her and the controversy.

  11. Janice – I don’t think my parents did that kind of thing, but I do know that my dad read the news closely, and with critical thinking skills.

Honestly, I don’t consider it research, just merely googling something and seeing what comes up. And paying attention to details. Sometimes I look into something that makes me suspicious and find that it is accurate. It doesn’t take me much time.

  12. Re: Khelif’s appearance (which is probably affected by her hormone levels and any other condition she may have) – Someone on Facebook noted that one problem with the normalization of transgenderism is that unattractive or “manly” looking women are now assumed to be biologically male.

  13. Janice – I just realized that my comment about the Algerian boxer may seem like I was doing research. But I had read several items already shared on Facebook in a few discussions/debates on the matter, so the info was kind of fresh in my mind. I just had to find an article to share with my comment. 🙂

  14. More info indicates that she may not have either high testosterone nor any chromosomal abnormality after all. Those claims were made by the head of the discredited IBA, who apparently is in control of sports betting in Russia and has an organized crime background.

Then again, he may have been telling the truth, though maybe stretching it, even so.

Like so many stories in the news, we need to wait for more of this to shake out.
