Good morning, all. Another beautiful day here. A couple of good thunderstorms rolled through last night so lots of new fires, but there was also rain so we shall see.
I have been doing the once a month volunteering with church friends at the Prison ministry. We stamped books and Bibles with info on how to sign up for Bible studies. We then attended a small luncheon for volunteers.
I found out a new trick prisoners are using to get drugs in from outside. Since they are allowed official mail from lawyers, fake mail is sent from law offices. The mail has been soaked in drugs. The paper is cut in strips and sold for big bucks. It is smoked or chewed. Where there is a will there is a way

Beautiful day here, too. Cool enough to have some bread in the oven this morning. It will be too hot for me later. Typical summer day, which I enjoy.

We’re inching toward the week’s end.
Abby wouldn’t get into the car yesterday, so we haven’t hit a breakthrough just yet.
Trainer returns Saturday. “We’ve got to change her mindset” about rides.
Wish this were easier, but it’s not.
Anyone going to be watching the Olympics?

I was gonna DJ.
But then they let some Trans dude do the flame lighting with another man, because an actual woman was just too difficult to come by in Paris.
I tuned in to watch the Olympic Games, not yet another social experiment by self loathing leftists. But I got the latter, so stopped watching.
I may watch some more when medal rounds come around, but if I see anymore men pretending they’re women, I’m out.
