    I’m heading to a fun “women’s retreat” today and tomorrow. A dear friend whose cancer returned with vicious force has asked her close women friends to come out and spend time together with her and her daughters. She wants her daughters to feel comfortable coming to any one of us if they have need for anything as they do not have reliable close Christian support once mom dies. Kim is an amazing lady and I am blessed to know her. Right now she is planning for a funeral but also planning for life. 

    Please pray for a wonderful edifying time with these women. I don’t actually know very many of them, so I’m a bit nervous but I know this is not about me but about the Kingdom.

    Also, Wesley was taken to emergency last night by my son as he could barely breathe. He just got home with a regimen of inhalers and steroids and K asked that we pray that they can regulate his asthma and avoid future emergency trips.

  4. My former SIL and friend passed away. My brother (not her former husband) and other SIL got there 10 minutes before she passed. Her children were all there. Pray for their special needs daughter. This daughter was prayed for before she was even born. She was cherished by her mom. She has the mind of a child.

    I did hear an update on Dave and Barb. Dave’s fever broke and Barb seems to have pneumonia. She has had a terminal illness for many years. Their sons ask for prayers for wisdom for all.
