It has been a week since Nightingale’s car conked out. She has been driving a rental car since last Tuesday. Today she found out that the auto place was sent the wrong engine, and the one she was supposed to get, with only 42,000 miles, is no longer available. Instead, it will be an engine with 100,000 miles on it. For a Honda CRV, that isn’t too, too bad, but it is very disappointing for us.
At least it is $1000 less than the other one, but even so, Nightingale is very frustrated and disappointed, and of course, the rental cost is adding up.
Please pray for her, and also that this engine will work for a good long time. Thank you.

Oh, sorry to hear that, Kizzie. Yes, very disappointing. Wonder if there’s a chance another engine could become available with a little more time (depending on how expensive that rental car is)?

Hmm-are you sure that isn’t a bait and switch? Is the price almost half, minus labor? That would be disappointing. I pray whatever is done is done quickly.
