Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 99
1 The Lord reigns,
let the nations tremble;
he sits enthroned between the cherubim,
let the earth shake.
2 Great is the Lord in Zion;
he is exalted over all the nations.
3 Let them praise your great and awesome name—
he is holy.
4 The King is mighty, he loves justice—
you have established equity;
in Jacob you have done
what is just and right.
5 Exalt the Lord our God
and worship at his footstool;
he is holy.
6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests,
Samuel was among those who called on his name;
they called on the Lord
and he answered them.
7 He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud;
they kept his statutes and the decrees he gave them.
8 Lord our God,
you answered them;
you were to Israel a forgiving God,
though you punished their misdeeds.
9 Exalt the Lord our God
and worship at his holy mountain,
for the Lord our God is holy.
Prayer for our countries, as we continue to spiral down into darkness, calling good evil and evil good.

@9:42 As it has always been, and will be, with peaks and valleys … until … the time of rejoicing arrives.
I’m feeling overwhelmed with work, trying to study for that driver’s test on a deadline in my “spare” time, the upcoming 2nd eye surgery, major bills hitting this time of year (car registration, property taxes, house insurance right behind all of that) while still trying to recover from the big tree-trimming expense. -dj

Somebody once said, “ there is nothing new under the sun.”
He nailed it.

We’re currently in Jeremiah in Read-the-Bible-in-a-Year.
All too familiar–and sobering as a result. 😦

Yes, I am currently reading in both Ezekiel and Isaiah, and I see so much of today in those too.
I am not a fan of the books being read in this fashion, but I am one of many. I always learn anyway.

Kathaleena – What do you mean about “books being read in this fashion”? What did I miss? 🙂
