Good morning from Atlanta, home of the free and Braves!
I am still digging out from advantures in being a rehab center.
I posted late yesterday that my diagnostic mammogram showed clear for year onr after surgery. I have a five year close watch time. Of course., the hormone blocker med I take can cause numerous side effects including other cancers so there is that unknown.
We will be off on a third day of playing music. These programs are always in the midafternoon, which makes it much more difficult to get things done at home. I guess the most important things get done.
Good morning, all. Another beautiful day here. We have plans for a brief road trip this morning. Going to take my dad to Grangeville so daughter and I can get measured for new arrows, get some arrows actually made for my recurve, and maybe she will get a refresher on how to use her compound bow to hit the target. Dad will enjoy the drive.
Miss Bosley is back to being herself sweet and sassy!
The little booklight I bought fot my fridnd has a cord for recharging. The new flashlight I bought has a cord for rechaging. No batteries! But how does one keep up with the cords for every little thing one buys? A 2023 issue!
Oh, someone should start making dedicated cord-connection hooks/latches/gizmos on these small appliances so they can easily stay attached. Unless the user forgets to use them, of course, which is probably what I’d do.
I bought those. But I didn’t use them consistently.
So they were not handy for me. lol
Just had to get a quick ID photo done for new press pass, mine had expired. Photog who lives near by was kind enough to do it for me.
They live overlooking the ocean, so beautiful today with the bank of marine layer in front of Catalina Island (but the top of the island still showing above it). Gorgeous, ocean is so blue today.

Good news, Janice!
More good news: Our 2nd granddaughter made a profession of faith recently! God is faithful.
Not so good news in the world. And not many new comics.

Day 2 of my first writer’s’ conference in 4 years.
Exciting to see old friends.
Many people here are writing memoirs.
Some are fascinating.
Others are just sad.

So is Miss Bosley settling down after her stint on staff as a therapy cat at the rehab center?

Cords … I have a whole collection of them dating back, I’m sure, to prior phones and other gadgets …
I bought a new hand-vacuum recently and am focused on how to keep that recharging cord connected to it!
We’ll see if I’m successful ….

I suppose we can get tape with various colors and designs to color code matching sets. Black cords for everything does not work.
I have a concert to attend with friends this evening.😀 It will be good to get out.

Maybe a hundred years ago, husband bought a little device that prints labels. Very handy for marking those cords.
