It’s Thursday, so please remember to pray for Jo and the people of PNG.
Anyone else have something to share
Psalm 23
A psalm of David.
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
Not sure if this will post . . .

Prayers for friend D, the cat rescue person I’ve known (though not super-well) for some time and who matched me up with Annie Oakley back in the day. She’s having surgery today for colon cancer. Pray for an encouraging outcome and for her spiritual condition (which is unknown to me). Thanks.

Praying for D for a good surgery, great team for the procedure and recovery, for pain meds to give quick relief, and no infection. May the margins be good in what they remove. Lord, You know D’s heart and her standing with You. Please bring her forward in spiritual growth., especially to salvation if needed. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen
Lord, I lift up Dj, my friend B, and my brother who are all suffering from injuries to their hands that cause pain and hindrance to normal activities. Please make a good path to recovery and give patience as everything is harder to do with an injured hand. Thank You tbat each has a good chance for full recovery. Please make it sooner rather than later. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen

Thank you all for your prayers for my friend, Mitch. He was the one who fell and had two broken legs, a toe amputated later from the effects of diabetes. (The first hospital could not seem to regulate his blood sugar.) He had such pain from arthritis, he had a difficult using his arms to stand at all. He finally has been able to stand and walk again. That is a true blessing.
