  1. Wow! AJ, what a great photo!

It’s going to be a hot day here with the heat index over 100.

Nothing new from here. Well, there was the distress of Miss Bosley throwing up on the bed/quilt coverlet this a.m. That is a new thing, doing laundry so early. After that, the day can only get better!

  2. Good morning, all. A beautiful day here. Mid sixties inside and out but outside is expected to heat up quickly to mid nineties.

Breakfast is ready to be served to my dad at seven, he is up and watching his morning routine: stepmom movies, Moscow mountain movies.

Son is out mowing because my mower is broken, again.

  3. Morning! Blue heron? Better than a red herring?

Cooler out with a high in the low 70’s. Strong thunderstorms moving in this afternoon.

Lunching today with my best friend. She’s been ill and I haven’t seen her in months!
Thankful she is feeling up to getting together.

  4. I invited the postal clerk to my church. In giving her the easy directIons, the Holy Spirit prompted me to add on “There’s a graveyard across the street. Wouldn’t you rather be at the church?” Of course I said it in a lighthearted way.😅 She seemed to appreciate the invite.

  5. my leg was aching last night when I was at church. But I had two days in a row of exercising in the pool.
I needed some things at the store so I also got a new ice pack. This one can go over the shoulder, or foot, or knee. Just what I wanted. Soon I will have ice packs all over my body.
But they sure do make my aches go away.
I even did some exercises this morning.

  6. Had a lovely lunch with my sweet friend and we both left encouraged in the Lord. Just the best….

Storms were brewing around us as the skies grew ominous so we cut our visit shorter than we would have liked. The Springs was pummeled with tennis ball size hail once again…they just cannot catch a break this summer. Lots of insurance claims being filed for roofs and cars! We thankfully escaped that sort of damage up here.
