Prayer Requests 7-11-23

Anyone have something to share? 

Psalm 1

1 Blessed is the one
    who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
    or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
    and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
    which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
    whatever they do prospers.

4 Not so the wicked!
    They are like chaff
    that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
    nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,
    but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

  3. Wisdom as twenty five (the divorcee wannabe) brings twenty one (the homeless wannabe) over to chat, ostensibly about twenty one’s plans. Twenty five will have to wait at the end of the driveway as she is not allowed on property. She can attend her horses. This is retirement ???

  4. Thank you for praying for healing for AJ, and for me. Cancer keeps folks humble!

    I feel I am more attune to the changes my body goes through while healing from the radiation. The effects seem to cycle around monthly as to the damaged tissues and weird sensations. At least I am not in pain, Now I have a little more arm muscle than I have ever had since i am consistently doing the PT.

    Prayers for those needs mentioned by Kizzie.

    Hopeful that M’s Fin is recovering from the sore throat and it did not get worse.

    My group here continues to pray for the little girl, maybe around two now, waiting along with six others for heart transplants. Holy Spirit needs to pray over that as children have to die to supply the hearts. So sad. How does one pray over that? The one waiting had a long surgery for an assist device to stabalize until the transplant. Thankful she is doing well with the device. That alone seems a miracle.
