Good morning, all. A beautiful day here. A bit later I will be driving daughter’s food to her. With husband being gone for the week, he has not been here to shop for her but I asked him to buy extra a few weeks ag for just such a time.
No you didn’t, Mumsee!😀
I had PT this afternoon. She said my shoulder is doing well with range. I invested in an over-the-door pulley which is helping get more daily stretch. She gave me a new weight bar today that was a real challenge. I almost said I can’t but then I mastered it😀💪🏋️♂️
What an amazing shot of that Fox!! He looks quite pleased with himself even to the point of showing off a slight smile?
We just had another hailstorm…I don’t even want to go out to take inventory of my obliterated flowers. This has been a particularly rough season of rain and hailstorms. We spied a sweet bluebird hunkered down under the eve of the front porch…staying out of the hail…smart little birdie…
My allergies are off the charts as of the past couple days. I am drinking Turmeric tea, taking Allegra and Flonase….achoo!!!
NJ, I sympathize with the allergy blues. Mine are complicated with asthma, but both are just about to clear up. Flonase and Zyrtec for me, along with Breztri inhaler morning and night. I’ll be glad when I can quit all three. Perhaps by the end of July or August. Sorry you’re having bad luck with the hail. That’s just insult to injury that you have the allergy but lost the beauty of the blooms. :–/
Good morning. We made it to Friday. If you need to do anything in June, you better get to it!
Missing Chas!❤

NJ – The fox’s half-closed eyes remind me of my cat Rudy when he is content and purring.
