“Earlier this week, people in Burlington, Massachusetts were shocked when middle school students rebelled against a planned LGBT pride event. Now something similar has unfolded in Toronto, Canada.
A Catholic school declined to raise the LGBT pride flag, so a group of pro-LGBT students staged a walkout. Then another group of students began a counter-protest against the walk-out.

A group of students is under fire after reacting negatively to a Pride protest in a suburban Toronto, Ontario school district. The protest was staged by students who were dismayed that the York Catholic School Board declined to fly the Progress Pide flag for Pride month after some students brought forth the proposal.
In response to that denial, students in Newmarket and across the York region staged a walkout in support of that flag. Those students say that they were subject to harassment by other students who were opposed to flying the flag, and antagonistic toward the all-encompassing Pride month as well.
The walkout was at the Saint Brother Andre in Markham, and as students carried their Pride banner, they were followed by a group of students making fun of them. Video shows one student stomping on the trans inclusive le[s]bian flag in orange, white, and pink colors…
The students who were hostile to the Pride walkout tore the banners and signs, and threw Pride paraphernalia in the streets. One student said they “threw water” and were “judging” the students who walked out in support of the Progress Pride flag.”

A security firm is claiming that Chinese spies have hacked into hundreds of private and public networks around the world.
Suspected state-backed Chinese hackers used a security hole in a popular email security appliance to break into the networks of hundreds of public and private sector organizations globally, nearly a third of them government agencies including foreign ministries, the cybersecurity firm Mandiant said Thursday.
“This is the broadest cyber espionage campaign known to be conducted by a China-nexus threat actor since the mass exploitation of Microsoft Exchange in early 2021,” Charles Carmakal, Mandiant’s chief technical officer, said in a emailed statement. That hack compromised tens of thousands of computers globally.
…Google-owned Mandiant expressed “high confidence” that the group exploiting a software vulnerability in Barracuda Networks’ Email Security Gateway was engaged in “espionage activity in support of the People’s Republic of China.” It said the activivity [sic] began as early as October.
The hackers sent emails containing malicious file attachments to gain access to targeted organizations’ devices and data, Mandiant said. Of those organizations, 55% were from the Americas, 22% from Asia Pacific and 24% from Europe, the Middle East and Africa and they included foreign ministries in Southeast Asia, foreign trade offices and academic organizations in Taiwan and Hong Kong. the company said.
The report said hackers targeted email to engage in “espionage activity in support of the People´s Republic of China.” A Chinese spokesperson says the accusation is “far-fetched.””

Data was “compromised” at two entities within the energy department when hackers gained access through a security flaw in MOVEit Transfer, the department said in a statement.
A DOE official said those entities were the DOE contractor Oak Ridge Associated Universities, and the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant – the New Mexico-based facility for disposal of defense-related nuclear waste.

Jane, now 18, was influenced by people online when she was just 11 and told her parents that she was a boy, prompting them to ask for guidance from doctors.
The details of Layla Jane’s experience are truly horrifying. Upon learning of their daughter’s gender confusion, Jane’s parents took her to three different doctors, including Dr. Doreen Samelson (who is not named in the suit). All three of them told the family that they could not prescribe hormones or puberty blockers for Layla because of her young age and other emotional issues. They instead recommended counseling and therapy. But Layla was then taken to more trans-friendly doctors.
Layla was immediately prescribed hormones and puberty blockers after a single, 75-minute session with a psychiatrist (not a medical doctor) named Susanne Watson. One 30-minute appointment with a plastic surgeon named Dr. Winnie Tong resulted in approval for Layla to undergo a mastectomy. Only months later, at the age of 13, her breasts had been removed.
Now, at 18 years of age, Layla Jane is undergoing lengthy emotional and mental health counseling. This is precisely the sort of treatment she desperately needed but was never offered as a child. The defense will attempt to convince the court that she willingly agreed to the “treatment” and even requested it herself. But she was a child of eleven and her parents are not doctors. There were relying on the supposed expertise of the medical professionals they were directed to see.
How many more of these horror stories do we need to hear before the medical community and our progressive elected officials begin to wake up? We’re talking about the irreversible mutilation of children and experiments with risky drugs that were never approved for these purposes by the FDA. These procedures are being banned for underage patients all across Europe, but here in the United States, we have people that continue to double down. It needs to end.”
