Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 99

1 The Lord reigns,
    let the nations tremble;
   he sits enthroned between the cherubim,
    let the earth shake.
2 Great is the Lord in Zion;
    he is exalted over all the nations.
3 Let them praise your great and awesome name—
    he is holy.

4 The King is mighty, he loves justice—
    you have established equity;
   in Jacob you have done
    what is just and right.
5 Exalt the Lord our God
    and worship at his footstool;
    he is holy.

6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests,
    Samuel was among those who called on his name;
   they called on the Lord
    and he answered them.
7 He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud;
    they kept his statutes and the decrees he gave them.

8 Lord our God,
    you answered them;
   you were to Israel a forgiving God,
    though you punished their misdeeds.
9 Exalt the Lord our God
    and worship at his holy mountain,
    for the Lord our God is holy.

  2. Prayers for new mom. She will need help. I remember how weak I was after going through labor and C-Section. I had no help and it slowed healing, IMO.

  3. I just finished reading all the weekend prayer requests. Wow, that labor and delivery story sounds so much like mine. Went in early Tues., back labor, no progress, I was put in twilight, brought out, broke water, only progressed to 4 and seemed to be regressing, I think because size of baby, 10 lb.13 oz., was causing swelling, so finally an epidural and C-section with delivery at 2 a.m. Thurs.

    Today he interviews for a teaching position. Prayers appreciated.

  5. And for my EMT who finally called home this morning.

    She spent the weekend with family members.

    Her aunt will go with her tomorrow to pick up her possessions from work.

    She also met up with a college roommate who wants to go to Nicaragua with our church this summer. “Were you interested in sponsoring two missionaries?”

    Did she even have to ask her father? LOL

    It’s birthday season out here and she’ll be home on Thursday to attend the party and stay for a while.

    Many loved ones want her to visit them/volunteer to be medical at their camp! We’re all telling her to take the summer off and regroup.

    God is good. Sometimes it takes drastic action to divert our course–and I believe His hand is in this. Thanks.
