Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 52
1 Why do you boast of evil, you mighty hero?
Why do you boast all day long,
you who are a disgrace in the eyes of God?
2 You who practice deceit,
your tongue plots destruction;
it is like a sharpened razor.
3 You love evil rather than good,
falsehood rather than speaking the truth.
4 You love every harmful word,
you deceitful tongue!
5 Surely God will bring you down to everlasting ruin:
He will snatch you up and pluck you from your tent;
he will uproot you from the land of the living.
6 The righteous will see and fear;
they will laugh at you, saying,
7 “Here now is the man
who did not make God his stronghold
but trusted in his great wealth
and grew strong by destroying others!”
8 But I am like an olive tree
flourishing in the house of God;
I trust in God’s unfailing love
for ever and ever.
9 For what you have done I will always praise you
in the presence of your faithful people.
And I will hope in your name,
for your name is good.
I’m experiencing pain and a rash in the same area. Not sure if there’s a connection or if it’s a coincidence. Test results will be back in a day or two. Prayers appreciated. Thanks.

6 here. My MIL was admitted to the hospital this afternoon. Despite this, her sense of humor is still very much intact. My husband went to visit her and asked if they gave her a good supper. She replied, “They gave me potatoes and gravy and turkey, but then this little pipsqueak” — and she pointed at the young doctor in the room — “came and told me I had a heart attack, and then I lost my appetite!”
Thanks for your prayers. 🙂

Huh! The older one gets the more like pipsqueaks they look. She does, indeed, have a good sense of humor. I pray for a quick recovery.

Prayers would be appreciated for our immediate household. We have been sick all weekend. I don’t know if it’s flu or covid and I don’t have the energy to go get tested. Dad seem’s to have the lightest case, and his primary symptoms are uncharacteristic tiredness and a low fever which is now gone. He’s well isolated in his rooms, if he will stay there.
Husband was up half the night, waking me up every half hour or so to take my temperature. He’s terrified I will die before he does. It would have been annoying, but where else could a girl find a kind fellow willing to hold her stringy hair while she pukes into the toilet at 3am. :–) Extra prayers for husband, please, that his strength does not fail.
