After @Yamiche rightly presses him, Biden says that he wants the filibuster to be like it was "when I came to the Senate 120 years ago." He says it's "being abused in a gigantic way," arguing in favor of reintroducing the talking filibuster.
Biden replied w/an asinine false choice. He explained that he was resettling minors in the US in lieu of “let[ting] them starve to death and stay on the other side” (Mexico) which he accused Trump of doing. This is spectacularly false & a grave smear on our border agents. (2/7)
This humane policy from President Trump brought unaccompanied minor numbers to record lows. Biden’s disastrous decision to exempt minors from Title 42, and to stop the at-home reunification process in favor of domestic resettlement, single-handedly created this crisis. (4/7)
The youth migrant crisis will only end when Biden does a full 180 & switches from a resettlement policy to a repatriation policy. As long as he admits every minor crossing illegally they will keep getting smuggled in record numbers—and the needless suffering will continue. (6/7)
Finally, Biden’s answer to @kwelkernbc on revoking Trump’s proven border tools defies human logic. If you stop removing illegal immigrants, and instead release them en masse, then of course they will come in ever-larger numbers. This shouldn’t be that hard to understand (7/7).
That was easily the most painful presidential press conference I’ve ever seen. Difficult to watch Biden struggle. Horrifically bad questions from compliant and corrupt and MEEK partisan media.
I think the entirety of corporate media have lost their minds. You ppl have been lying so much, you don’t even know what the hell is real anymore. Alternate universe. I’m embarrassed for you!
One system of justice for the connected, and another, much harsher system for the rest of us.
So Hunter Biden lies on a 4473 and his brother’s widow/girlfriend tosses his gun in a trash can across the street from a school, before gov’t intervenes to hide it all? Joe Biden has zero right to lecture the nation on gun control. https://t.co/GNiPuWulIU
Someone needs to remind Nancy she’s not the Queen.
Speaker Pelosi says it is her “right as Speaker” to seat or unseat any member of Congress she wants even if the election is certified https://t.co/b6yyJMf1EA
Wow. He's not gonna call on Peter Doocy. At this point in his presidency, Trump had taken a thousand hostile questions. This guy is afraid of ONE. Just gutless
Entire American "news" media not only ignored, but actively participated in a four year attempt by Democrats to damage, hinder and destroy the Trump Adm. From Russian Collusion lies to ignoring a phenomenal economy.
Perhaps you haven’t interviewed migrants & asked them this Q, but reporting bears out what I said which is that some migrants are coming because of the perception that Pres Biden is more humane & is allowing unaccompanied minors to stay. So unfortunately, you’re factually wrong.
Can you imagine the hissy fit Jim Acosta would be having if President Trump held this type of “news conference”?! He’d be filing law suits, having melt downs as would all the other “new reporters”! This farce of a “presidency” is unbelievable!
I always appreciate World Magazine’s emails to readers, they remind me of a right perspective when everything seems to be spinning and going haywire. This one arrived today, in a very timely manner, politically speaking:

~ Dear Friend,
In his letter to Roman Christians, the Apostle Paul gave a particular command that’s especially relevant this week: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep” (12:15). Susan Olasky quotes that verse in the News Analysis of this issue of WORLD Magazine. The mass shootings in Atlanta and Boulder, Colo., spurred debates among Americans of all stripes about motives, causes, and deterrents. The conversations are important, but the Christian’s first response should be to mourn and pray. Susan’s News Analysis reminds us of that by looking to Scripture.
Our cover story this issue focuses on how some pro-abortionists are attempting to use Scripture to justify a pro-abortion reading of the Bible that isn’t there. Leah Hickman spent weeks researching the translation of a passage in Numbers 5 and how activists and politicians are weaponizing it—with no real basis to do so.
Leah’s story and Susan’s reminder are good examples of how we try to hold Scripture high in the reporting we do for WORLD. Earlier in Romans 12, Paul gives another exhortation we try to remember in all our work, even the bad news we have to report: “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer” (12:12).
May you rejoice in hope, be patient in whatever tribulation you may face, but be constant in prayer. We’re grateful for you and your support, and we’re praying for you.

“9-year-old girl drowns while trying to cross Rio Grande”
“A 9-year-old girl from Mexico apparently drowned while trying to cross the Rio Grande into the United States, federal officials reported Friday.
The unidentified child was found March 20 stranded and unconscious on an island on the Mexican side of the river, along with her mother and 3-year-old brother, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement Thursday. They too were found unresponsive.
Alerted by bystanders on the Mexican shore, U.S. Border Patrol agents in a marine unit “found the individuals and immediately began administering first aid while transporting the migrants to shore,” the CBP statement said.
The mother and young boy regained consciousness, the statement said.
“However, despite efforts by the Border Patrol Agents and Eagle Pass Emergency Medical Services, the 9-year-old daughter did not regain consciousness and was later pronounced deceased,” CBP spokesman Dennis Smith told NBC News in an email.
The rescued mother was Guatemalan, but her children were both Mexican nationals, Smith said.”
More: Includes expansion of weekend voting, mandatory on two Saturdays, counties can offer two Sundays. But: for runoffs, early voting is a one week minimum compare to the previous three weeks. https://t.co/jf6GBB4lqm
So Biden held a press conference yesterday. Went about as you’d expect for a senile old man losing his grip on reality.
I can’t believe people voted for this fraud.
Even worse? How the lapdog media treated it like it was fantastic, best speech ever. Frauds everywhere, and hacks galore.
