  1. So Biden held a press conference yesterday. Went about as you’d expect for a senile old man losing his grip on reality.

I can’t believe people voted for this fraud.

Even worse? How the lapdog media treated it like it was fantastic, best speech ever. Frauds everywhere, and hacks galore.

One system of justice for the connected, and another, much harsher system for the rest of us.

  9. Can you imagine the hissy fit Jim Acosta would be having if President Trump held this type of “news conference”?! He’d be filing law suits, having melt downs as would all the other “new reporters”! This farce of a “presidency” is unbelievable!

  10. I always appreciate World Magazine’s emails to readers, they remind me of a right perspective when everything seems to be spinning and going haywire. This one arrived today, in a very timely manner, politically speaking:

    ~ Dear Friend,

In his letter to Roman Christians, the Apostle Paul gave a particular command that’s especially relevant this week: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep” (12:15). Susan Olasky quotes that verse in the News Analysis of this issue of WORLD Magazine. The mass shootings in Atlanta and Boulder, Colo., spurred debates among Americans of all stripes about motives, causes, and deterrents. The conversations are important, but the Christian’s first response should be to mourn and pray. Susan’s News Analysis reminds us of that by looking to Scripture.

Our cover story this issue focuses on how some pro-abortionists are attempting to use Scripture to justify a pro-abortion reading of the Bible that isn’t there. Leah Hickman spent weeks researching the translation of a passage in Numbers 5 and how activists and politicians are weaponizing it—with no real basis to do so.

Leah’s story and Susan’s reminder are good examples of how we try to hold Scripture high in the reporting we do for WORLD. Earlier in Romans 12, Paul gives another exhortation we try to remember in all our work, even the bad news we have to report: “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer” (12:12).

May you rejoice in hope, be patient in whatever tribulation you may face, but be constant in prayer. We’re grateful for you and your support, and we’re praying for you.

“9-year-old girl drowns while trying to cross Rio Grande”

“A 9-year-old girl from Mexico apparently drowned while trying to cross the Rio Grande into the United States, federal officials reported Friday.

The unidentified child was found March 20 stranded and unconscious on an island on the Mexican side of the river, along with her mother and 3-year-old brother, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement Thursday. They too were found unresponsive.

Alerted by bystanders on the Mexican shore, U.S. Border Patrol agents in a marine unit “found the individuals and immediately began administering first aid while transporting the migrants to shore,” the CBP statement said.

The mother and young boy regained consciousness, the statement said.

“However, despite efforts by the Border Patrol Agents and Eagle Pass Emergency Medical Services, the 9-year-old daughter did not regain consciousness and was later pronounced deceased,” CBP spokesman Dennis Smith told NBC News in an email.

The rescued mother was Guatemalan, but her children were both Mexican nationals, Smith said.”
