  1. I see on TV that some celebs are prompting to leave if Trump wins.
    But Trump is already here.
    Where are they?
Then. Keep quiet and go back to work.

  2. The real story…

“Hunter Biden Associates Secured White House Meeting for Elite Group of Chinese Communist Party Members

Of course, the meeting helped Hunter and his associates down the line.”

“The New York Post has emails from Hunter Biden. Peter Schweizer and Seamus Bruner have emails from Biden associates Bevan Cooney and Devon Archers.

The latest batch dropped by the two men show how they managed to secure a meeting at the White House for the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC).

    First, some background.

Cooney and Archer are currently in prison so what do they have to lose by telling the truth? After all, it seems like Biden is the only one who went unscathed:

Cooney is currently in prison serving a sentence for his involvement in a 2016 bond fraud investment scheme.

In 2019, Cooney reached out to Schweizer after becoming familiar with the revelations in his 2018 book Secret Empires. Cooney explained that he believes he was the “fall guy” for the fraud scheme and that Archer and Hunter Biden had avoided responsibility.

Archer, who was also convicted in the case, saw a federal judge vacate his conviction. But an appellate court overturned the lower court judge’s ruling, reinstating Archer’s conviction in the case. Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, awaits sentencing.

Cooney, their associate who is currently serving a prison sentence on his conviction in the matter, later reestablished contact with Schweizer through investigative journalist Matthew Tyrmand. From prison, Cooney provided Schweizer with written authorization, his email account name, and password to his Gmail account to retrieve these emails. He authorized, in writing, the publication of these emails— notable because it is the first time a close associate has publicly confirmed Hunter’s trading on his father’s influence.

This tidbit always gets lost within reports of Hunter Biden: Archer was a roommate of Christopher Heinz, stepson to Kerry, at Yale. Then Archer worked on Kerry’s 2004 presidential election.

From what I can tell only Cooney and Archer corresponded but copied Biden on the emails:

For instance, on November 5, 2011, one of Archer’s business contacts forwarded him an email teasing an opportunity to gain “potentially outstanding new clients” by helping to arrange White House meetings for a group of Chinese executives and government officials. The group was the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC) and the delegation included Chinese billionaires, Chinese Communist Party loyalists, and at least one “respected diplomat” from Beijing. Despite its benign name, CEC has been called “a second foreign ministry” for the People’s Republic of China—a communist government that closely controls most businesses in its country. CEC was established in 2006 by a group of businessmen and Chinese government diplomats.

The CEC includes senior members of the Chinese Communist Party:

Wang Zhongyu – President of China Enterprise Confederation, China Entrepreneurs Association
Ma Weihua – Chairman of China Entrepreneur Club Chairman of the National fund for Techology [sic] Transfer and Commercialization (NFTTC)
Jang Xipei – A representative of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, a director of the China Entrepreneur Club
Mohamed Khashoggi, an intermediary, asked Gary Fears if someone could set up a White House meeting for the CEC, noting one with “John Kerry would be great.””

    I know, I know……

Never mind that selling access to foreign communist powers, Trump tweeted some stuff I didn’t like.

  3. Can you say “special counsel?”

  4. Interesting piece at WSJ:

    An Ex-Liberal Reluctantly Supports Trump

How historian Fred Siegel came to appreciate the president’s defense of ‘bourgeois values’ against the ‘clerisy.’

    Brooklyn, N.Y.

Donald Trump can count at least one new supporter in this year’s election. “I had a close friend who’d been a business partner of Trump in the ’90s,” the critic and historian Fred Siegel tells me. “Trump ripped off a quarter of a million dollars from him. He told me this when we were discussing the election” four years ago. “Trump just said, ‘So, take me to court.’ I couldn’t vote for him.” Mr. Siegel couldn’t abide Hillary Clinton either, so he “slept through” the 2016 election. Next month he’ll be wide awake—though not woke—and will vote for Mr. Trump.

Joe Biden needn’t worry too much, perhaps. Mr. Siegel, 75, has only twice backed a winning presidential candidate since he reached voting age. But while he’s no bellwether, he does make an energetic case for the incumbent.

Mr. Siegel, a professor emeritus at New York’s Cooper Union and a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, says he overcame his distaste for Mr. Trump for three reasons. First, foreign policy: “Crushing ISIS, pulling us out of the Iran nuclear deal, moving our embassy to Jerusalem, and making fools of those people who insist that the Palestinian issue is at the heart of the Arab-Israeli conflict.” Second, by his “ability to withstand a prolonged coup attempt by the Democrats and the media,” which started with the Steele dossier: “If I’m saying what I find impressive about Trump, it’s that he’s survived. He has an extraordinary amount of arrogance, egotism, and self-confidence.”

Mr. Siegel’s third reason goes to the heart of his own political philosophy. He sees the president as a champion of “bourgeois values,” under threat from the “clerisy,” Mr. Siegel’s word for the dominant elites who “despise” those values. He regards Mr. Biden as a “captive” of this clerisy, and running mate Kamala Harris as the “embodiment of it.” …

  5. This isn’t going away.

“Harris, prominent Democrats listed as ‘key contacts’ for Biden family business venture projects
Email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden”

“A list of “key domestic contacts” for a joint venture involving Jim and Hunter Biden and now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co. included former Vice President Joe Biden’s current running mate Sen. Kamala Harris, among other prominent Democrats, Fox News has learned.”

“An email exclusively obtained by Fox News, with the subject line “Phase one domestic contacts/ projects” and dated May 15, 2017, Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, shared a list of “key domestic contacts for phase one target projects.”

The email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son.

    READ THE EMAIL HERE. https://static.foxnews.com/foxnews.com/content/uploads/2020/10/2017-05-15-12.56-Phase-one-domestic-contacts_projects-Memo-re-key-phase-one-domestic-contacts.pdf

The list, included Harris, D-Calif.; Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.; Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.; New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo; New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio; former Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe, among others.

It is unclear if any of the Democrats were ever contacted about the “target projects.”

The email was sent from Jim to Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski, Rob Walker and James Gilliar.

Bobulinksi was an institutional investor who was recruited by the Biden family to run their joint-venture with now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co.

Bobulinski is a former Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, and served as the CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which he said was the partnership between the CEFC/ Chairman Ye and the Biden family.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.”

  6. Nice. 🙂

“Amy Coney Barrett Unanimously Recommended By Senate Judiciary Committee

The Democrats decided to put on a show and boycott the vote.”

And Dems just look pathetic. Even their own base knows she’s qualified and ready for the job. That’s the only way this happens, is if D’s and I’s approve of her too.

“Poll: 51% of Voters Support Barrett’s Confirmation Which is Highest Ever for Trump SCOTUS Nominee

The poll also showed that Democrats (yes DEMOCRATS) and Independents showed more support for Barrett after the hearings.”

‘Judge Amy Coney Barrett made quite an impression on the American voters during her hearings last week despite efforts by the Democrats.

A Morning Consult poll found that 51% of voters support Barret’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.

This is the most support a SCOTUS nominee by President Donald Trump has received from the public.

The poll also showed that Democrats (yes DEMOCRATS) and Independents showed more support for Barrett after the hearings.”

    Good job. 🙂

That’s pretty impressive, especially in today’s political climate.

  7. Yeah. Dad gets a little nervous when you name him in criminal enterprises he’s neck deep in. He’s old fashioned like that.

“Hunter Biden Text Messages: Chinese ‘Coming to be MY Partner, to be Partners With the Bidens’

Tony Bobulinski: “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.”

“Text messages from a banged-up Blackberry revealed conversations between Hunter Biden and his associates about the “lucrative” deals they pursued.

One text message from Hunter confirmed the Chinese were coming to America not only to be his partner but to be partners with the Biden family.

Tony Bobulinski, who confirmed the previously released emails, told another associate not to “mention Joe being involved.””

  8. This isn’t just Hunter Biden folks. Joe’s dirty too.

  9. CBS planned a heavily edited 60 Minutes hit piece for this weekend.

The president has struck preemptively on his own with a release of the entire, unedited interview.

    Check mate.

    Here’s a taste.

    Too bad. 🙂

  10. The whole video is here.

“Watch below and you’ll find that the interview is contentious, but mostly it’s familiar. It’s all the same old topics — why is the U.S. doing so poorly with COVID, why is he standoffish about masks and hostile to Fauci, where’s his alternative to ObamaCare, why hasn’t the wall been built, why does he want to lock up Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer. And Trump does fine, with all the same old talking points. He even mentions the idea that we have so many cases only because we’re testing so much, something he said a lot over the summer but has stayed away from recently because of the heat he’s taken for it.

What set him off, I think, is Stahl scoffing at some of his proudest achievements as president and as a politician. We created the best economy in U.S. history, he boasts. Oh, come on, she says, you inherited a good economy from Obama. We’re doing record-setting rallies nowadays, he insists. Your rallies were bigger in 2016, she counters. Where she really gets under his skin is when he starts talking about Biden being in the middle of the scandal at around 21:00 and she counters that there’s no evidence of that. Watch at least five minutes or so starting at that point; he goes on to say that the Obama administration spied on his campaign and she answers that there’s no real evidence of that either. We can’t put it on the air without something verifiable, she insists, presumably alluding to the unfinished Durham probe and the finished-but-fizzled Bash investigation into unmasking. No, he says, you won’t put it on the air because you’re biased.

And this part does show bias, to be sure:”

  11. More on that hit piece….

“Trump’s reasoning for the move has been that the media doesn’t represent him honestly, and he wanted to make sure the people could see the full footage and make their own judgments.

Watching back the video, it is obvious they made the right choice. Stahl came in loaded for bear and set up the interview by asking the President if he was “ready for some tough questions.” Trump responded with a shrug.

    Trump:Just be fair

LS: But last time I remember you saying ‘bring it on. Bring it on’

Trump: No I’m not looking for that. I’m looking for fairness. That’s all.

LS:You’re going to get fairness. But you’re ok with tough questions?

Trump: You don’t ask Biden tough questions.

It didn’t get much better from there. Stahl began by asking about Trump’s biggest domestic priority and then interrupted him repeatedly throughout his answers, not letting him finish a thought and challenging his statements before he’d even finished answering. Stahl went on to press him about job numbers, refusing to acknowledge record job growth in the pandemic recovery and instead choosing to focus on unemployment claims. When Trump refused to be led into negativity, the 60 Minutes host delved into mask shaming, asking the President why he doesn’t make people wear masks at his rallies. When Trump pointed out that they hand out thousands of masks at every rally and many people wear them, she persisted in asking why he doesn’t force people to wear masks.

That detour was indicative of the entire interview. Stahl would ask a question, Trump would answer it (“I have encouraged people to wear masks and I say it all the time”) and then Stahl would tell Trump it isn’t true and Trump would answer again and Stahl would repeat the question. This became quite amusing towards the end when Trump complained that Stahl and her media colleagues refuse to ask Joe Biden tough questions about the current scandal involving Hunter Biden, Ukraine, Russia, and China, which Stahl continually dismissed as “unverifiable” and unimportant.

Trump: It’s incredibly important. Whether or not a man running for office is corrupt. If he’s taken money from China and Ukraine and Russia. It’s incredibly important. It’s the biggest scandal out there, Leslie. I think it’s one of the biggest scandals we’ve ever seen and you won’t cover….He’s gone into hiding. For 5 days he’s been in hiding.

LS:He’s preparing for your debate… Why are you *coming after me* about not going after Biden? You’ve asked me 5, 7 times?

She went on to ask him the same questions over and over again without a hint of irony.”

  12. Too funny. Guess whose name just popped up in that Biden Email Scandal?

    Frank Luntz. 🙂

  13. So this makes 4 email recipients who have confirmed these emails are real, and from Hunter Biden.

  14. Too true.

  15. So while you watch that 60 Minutes hit piece and Ms. “Because it can’t be verified”…. remember this.

    Journalisming is hard.

  16. “there’s no real evidence of that”

She’s lying. Obama spied. She knows it.

  17. Like

  18. A much calmer, more substantive debate. Seems just the threat of that mute button worked wonders. lol It was good to see a more disciplined Trump.

Will minds be changed this late in the game? Probably not many, especially as voting is rolling out already in pretty large numbers.

  19. Marvin always was an establishment hand wringer.

If he can’t see the importance of this election and why it matters so much to his brothers, maybe he needs to open his eyes.

  20. “Establishment hand wringer?” Maybe he also has pearls to clutch.

Come on (parroting Biden here), his point should be seriously taken by those of us in the church. We are Christians first, political animals (hopefully a far) second.

He’s not speaking about the importance of this or any election, but rather to the point that it has causes some serious division and disruption within some corners of the church. It’s a completely valid point.
