🙂 We had so much fun at the mystery dinner party our friend threw for her 50th birthday last night. My stomach hurts from laughing so hard all night. I’m so thankful for friends we can be silly with, yet also share life’s deepest heartaches. She had written a play about 20 years ago and adapted it into this mystery dinner.
🙂 In the last two weeks, my husband and I have visited two state parks and one local scenic park. I have walked all three local trails, though one of them is now shut down for some construction work.
😦 Fall color is mostly finished and we’re heading into the chilly, gray, and gloomy season.
🙂 We have a heated house and everything else we need, and spring will come again.
🙂 Shower install is complete!! That took a long time with a three week break for concussion recovery! Now we have to put in a couple of pieces of drywall and the trim around the shower. Paint and we’re done 🙂
Or come here and finish the eighteen year old’s bathroom. She put sparkly finger nail polish around on the walls but twenty two made her wash it all off when she cleaned her bathroom. As expected, the paint came with it. And she scrubbed her bathtub so hard, she nearly removed the patch that was covering the hole in it.
