  1. Bolton’s replacement has been named. It appears he’s someone who doesn’t support never ending war in Afghanistan, unlike Bolton.

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-names-state-department-envoy-robert-obrien-new-national-security-adviser

“President Trump on Wednesday named the State Department’s hostage envoy Robert C. O’Brien as his fourth national security adviser, replacing John Bolton, who was ousted from the administration last week.

“I am pleased to announce that I will name Robert C. O’Brien, currently serving as the very successful Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs at the State Department, as our new National Security Advisor. I have worked long & hard with Robert. He will do a great job!” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning.”

“Trump’s appointment is not subject to Senate confirmation.”

  3. These are human beings.

    https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/09/these-are-human-beings/

“The thousands of aborted fetuses found on the property of abortionist Ulrich Klopfer force us to admit reality.

Abortion intentionally ends the lives of human beings. We were reminded of this in a particularly grisly way over the weekend, when 2,246 remains of aborted fetuses were discovered inside the home of former abortionist Ulrich George Klopfer. His family discovered the medically preserved remains on Klopfer’s property in Illinois after he passed away earlier this month.

He performed abortions for nearly four decades in northern Indiana — primarily in South Bend but also in Fort Wayne and Gary — and had his medical license indefinitely suspended in 2016 after having violated laws governing abortion reporting, proper record-keeping, and safety standards during abortion procedures.

When the Women’s Pavilion abortion clinic where Klopfer worked in South Bend shut down in the spring of 2016, he was scheduled to appear before the Indiana Medical Licensing Board as part of the state attorney general’s investigation of more than 2,000 complaints about his practices.

The licensing board found that, among other violations, Klopfer had performed abortions on two 13-year-old girls and waited several months to report both procedures, rather than doing so within the legally required three-day window. He also admitted to having performed an abortion on a ten-year-old girl who had been raped by her uncle; he never reported this to any law-enforcement agency.

So the fact that Klopfer preserved parts from more than 2,000 tiny bodies as ghastly trophies of his time as an abortionist might not come as a big surprise to those familiar with his work.

But it ought to shock the conscience of a nation that legally sanctions nearly a million abortion procedures every year. It’s easy enough to ignore when the remains are disposed of behind clinics and taken to landfills, and we never have to see them. They aren’t supposed to appear again, closeted away in the houses of abortionists only to emerge in our newsfeeds or on our television screens.

The killing can continue as long as we don’t have to pay attention. But sometimes we don’t have a choice.”

More Comey lies exposed, and more criminal referrals for his crimes.

“Rep. Meadows: Comey’s Congressional Testimony At Odds With What He Told IG Horowitz, New Referral Needed”

“The DOJ Inspector General’s work is never done. Just last month IG Horowitz released a report which concluded that former FBI Director James Comey violated bureau policy by treating official records as if they were his personal documents. Today, Horowitz testified before Congress and was asked by Rep. Mark Meadows about some apparent discrepancies between what Comey told the IG during that investigation and what Comey had said during congressional testimony last year. Rep. Meadows said a referral would be forthcoming and Horowitz agreed to look over the information.

“We’ve taken, now, your report and we’ve put it side by side [with] congressional testimony that James Comey made before the joint oversight and judiciary hearing and I’m finding just a number of irregularities,” Meadows said. He continued, “So would it be appropriate if ranking member Jordan and I were to refer those inconsistencies to the IG and if we did that would the IG look at those inconsistencies?”

“It’s certainly appropriate for us to get a referral about a then-employee of the department, which is I think the hearing you’re probably referencing, and then we would assess it,” Horowitz replied.

“I’ll give you one example,” Meadows said. Referring to testimony Comey gave in December of 2018, Meadows continued, “Mr. Gowdy was asking, he said ‘Did you initiate an obstruction of justice investigation based on what the president said?’ It was a very clear question. Mr. Comey said ‘I don’t think so. I don’t recall doing that so I don’t think so.’

“However, on page 13 of your IG report, it says that Comey purposefully leaked the memo so that they could have a special counsel appointed to investigate obstruction of justice. So two of those can not be true. They’re at opposite dynamics in terms of what they’re constructing. And we have dozens of examples where that has happened.”

Meadows added, “So we’ll be referring those inconsistencies to you today, Mr. Horowitz, and I think that it’s important that the American people get to look at this.””

“Arizona Supreme Court Rules Businesses Can Decline to Serve LGBTQ Customers”

“On Monday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that business owners can refuse to serve LGBTQ customers due to their personal religious beliefs, The Hill reports.

In a 4-3 decision, the court ruled that the Phoenix-based business Brush & Nib Studio could defy a citywide “anti-discrimination” law and decline to create wedding invitations for LGBTQ unions, citing their First Amendment right to freedom of religion. The business was defended by the Alliance Defending Freedom.

In the majority opinion, State Justice Andrew Gould said that “the City effectively cuts off Plaintiffs’ right to express their beliefs about same-sex marriage by telling them what they can and cannot say.””

“Arizona Supreme Court rules business can refuse to make wedding invites for LGBTQ couple”

“The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Monday that a Phoenix business can refuse services to an LGBTQ couple that requests custom wedding invitations.

The Arizona Republic reports the court ruled that the Phoenix ordinance that protects lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people from discrimination can’t be used in this case to force the artists to make the wedding invitations.

The state Supreme Court’s 4-3 decision Monday overturned multiple lower court decisions that ruled in favor of the LGTBQ community and in this case the couple.

“The enduring strength of the First Amendment is that it allows people to speak their minds and express their beliefs without government interference. But here, the City effectively cuts off Planitiffs’ right to express their beliefs about same-sex marriage by telling them what they can and cannot say,” Justice Andrew Gould wrote in the majority opinion, according to the Arizona Capitol Times.”

  6. Globalists built this.

How Washington Fuels China’s War Machine

    https://amgreatness.com/2019/09/18/how-washington-fuels-chinas-war-machine/

“China is waging economic warfare in its bid to replace the United States as the world’s dominant superpower.

Beijing uses the dollars Americans send them to buy, build, and steal the military and high-tech hardware it needs to achieve its goal to take over the world.

And the money comes from IPOs on Wall Street as well as aisle six in Walmart.

Even more outrageous than the merchant bankers listing dodgy Chinese and Hong Kong-based companies on U.S. stock exchanges is the federal government’s plan to invest its pension funds in those Communist party-controlled companies.

In case you hadn’t heard, Washington has a notion to send (even more) American taxpayer dollars to the Chinese Communist Party.

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board oversees the Thrift Savings Plan, the retirement fund for federal workers and members of the armed services. In November 2017, the board decided the Thrift Savings Plan’s international stock fund should invest in an index fund known as the Morgan Stanley Capital International—All Country World Index (MSCI ACWI.)

Among the China-headquartered companies whose shares are included in that index are ZTE Corporation, Hikvision, and the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC).

These companies have been sanctioned by the U.S. government and are involved in human rights abuses and activities threatening America’s national security interests.

ZTE is a cyber-espionage arm of the People’s Liberation Army disguised as a telecom company. Hikvision makes the surveillance equipment used in western China, where over 1 million people have been imprisoned in concentration camps for the “crime” of being Muslim.

Hikvision’s parent company, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, was added to the Commerce Department’s “entity list” in August 2018 for “acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States.”

The 2019 National Defense Authorization Act flatly prohibits the U.S. federal government from procuring equipment from ZTE and Hikvision.

AVIC is China’s top defense contractor, owned by the Chinese government. It develops manned aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, missiles, and other weapons for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force, People’s Liberation Army Naval Air Force, and People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force. AVIC built its stealth fighter based on plans for the American F-35 jet stolen by Chinese hackers and has been sanctioned for selling weapons to Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

So on the one hand, officials at the highest levels of the Pentagon, Treasury, Commerce, intelligence agencies, and the White House have identified these companies as a threat to our national security. On the other, the deep state bureaucracy wants to take money from the paychecks of federal employees and uniformed servicemen and give it to our enemy.

Speaking at the Committee on the Present Danger: China, U.S. Representative Jim Banks (R-Ind.) drily noted, “It seems ironic that federal employees’ funds would be used to support our adversaries” since “many of these employees spend their entire career[s] countering adversarial actions by countries like China.””

  8. The real scandal….

    https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/461599-weve-lost-sight-of-the-real-scandal

“What will Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s latest investigation reveal? Will Congress hold hearings about it? Will former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe actually get indicted? After all, it’s said that a motivated prosecutor can “indict a ham sandwich” if he really wants to.

We’re so wrapped up in the daily tick-tock, we could be losing sight of a big picture that’s come into focus over the past two years. For the first time in our nation’s history, an inspector general — one appointed by President Obama — has determined that at least two men who sat in the top spot at the FBI committed multiple violations that warrant possible prosecution. That in itself is a scandal with national implications deserving of headlines, congressional hearings and promises to overhaul a broken system.

Of course, the complicating factor in the whole mess is that the government entities responsible for addressing any wrongdoing are the same ones inextricably tied to the alleged wrongdoing.”

“There’s been no swift, public action that we know of on eight criminal referrals that two House Intelligence Committee Republicans, Reps. Devin Nunes of California and John Ratcliffe of Texas, sent to the Department of Justice more than five months ago. There’s no word of any action more than eight months after Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a criminal referral to the DOJ against Christopher Steele, author of the anti-Trump political opposition research “dossier.”

  13. The funniest part of that whole story Chas is how it proves what Trump has said all along. There are still Deep Staters spying on his administration. This is just further proof.

And of course we have an Obama appointee/holdover in the IG office referring it.

    Same script.

Even Phil Mudd, no fan of Trump, says what is alleged is ridiculous, against all norms, inappropriate and is exactly what Trump has accused them of.

“Mainstream media savaged Nadler’s impeachment hearing questioning of Corey Lewandowski (with an assist from Nancy Pelosi)”

“The mainstream media chorus turned on their Democrat allies over the questioning of Corey Lewandowski by Chairman Nadler’s House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. The breadth and depth of the rare media attack on Democrats needs explanation. We are well accustomed to the mainstream media following nearly identical talking points, so the question becomes, who sent the signal that beating up the impeachment hearings was the order of the day?”

    ————–

“BRIAN WILLIAMS: It was truly remarkable to watch. For most of the day, they couldn’t lay a glove on this witness.

KURT BARDELLA: I really don’t understand what House Democrats are doing.

ALISYN CAMEROTA: House Democrats thought they had Corey Lewandowski right where they wanted him.

JAKE SHERMAN: At the end of the day, Democrats are gonna have to leave this hearing and say, “What did we accomplish today.” They don’t know what they’re doing.

ERIN BURNETT: Things got muddled. It didn’t come to life.

KEN DILANIAN: It’s largely been a failure, because Democrats have been more interested in getting their moment on television of yelling at Corey Lewandowski.

AMANDA CARPENTER: Corey Lewandowski owned the Judiciary Committee. Jerry Nadler played a stupid game.

ALI VELSHI: Today has been rocky.

NICOLLE WALLACE: The word that I heard from sources today was “hapless.”
