Psalm 123

¹I lift up my eyes to you,
    to you who sit enthroned in heaven.
²As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master,
    as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress,
so our eyes look to the Lord our God,
    till he shows us his mercy.

³Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us,
    for we have endured no end of contempt.
⁴We have endured no end
    of ridicule from the arrogant,
    of contempt from the proud.

I am applying for jobs now. It is always a challenge to compose resumes and cover letters. There are so many articles out there giving advice on what to say and what not to say. Then the job postings ask for qualifications that, being a new RN I do not have but cannot get unless I get experience (and, if it includes any kind of certification, the money to pay for the training). Pray for the right kind of work, the kind that I am fitted for, and can do well.
