Prayer Requests 10-27-18

Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 82

1 God presides in the great assembly;
    he renders judgment among the “gods”:

2 “How long will you defend the unjust
    and show partiality to the wicked?
3 Defend the weak and the fatherless;
    uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
4 Rescue the weak and the needy;
    deliver them from the hand of the wicked.

5 “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing.
    They walk about in darkness;
    all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

6 “I said, ‘You are “gods”;
    you are all sons of the Most High.’
7 But you will die like mere mortals;
    you will fall like every other ruler.”

8 Rise up, O God, judge the earth,
    for all the nations are your inheritance.

  5. Please pray for me. I’ve been having a particularly hard time emotionally over the past couple days. Last night I cried harder than I have in quite a while, even wailing some, as if the grief was a fresh thing again. The depth of it kind of took me by surprise.

    Also, please pray for wisdom for Nightingale to be careful about not taking on too many projects. This past week she had so many projects – with deadlines – to do that, between those projects and work, she has barely had time to relax at all. She was up until 3am this morning finishing one thing, then up by 8, and tonight she is working 2nd shift and then will have to get up early tomorrow to get The Boy to his football game. Then on Monday, she is working a double. She doesn’t get enough sleep. I am concerned for her.

    Please also pray for Chickadee and her situation. And of course, please pray for salvation for Nightingale, Chickadee, and The Boy. They all need Jesus so much. (Don’t we all?)
