It’s Wednesday, so don’t forget Ajisuun and The Gambia.
Anyone else?
Psalm 131
1 My heart is not proud, Lord,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted myself,
I am like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child I am content.
3 Israel, put your hope in the Lord
both now and forevermore.
Nightingale called out sick for today, which she rarely does. As she said last night, “Normally, I just take some Tylenol and suck it up. . .” But since she is on for so many days in a row, including a killer weekend coming up, she knew she needed some rest. Good thing she did call out last night, as, even with Tylenol, she had a fever of 102 in the night, and woke up with a fever of 101.
Please pray this virus passes quickly. (She usually is not sick for long.)

Prayers for some wisdom here. We have an extremely messy family situation–of course involving a wedding. The Christians appear to be the ones behaving badly.
It’s too complicated to explain.
Do you know what it’s like to have that sinking feeling that no matter what you do, everyone will be angry with you?

Nightingale has strep throat again. In addition to praying for her, please also pray that The Boy and I will not get it. Thank you.
