Psalm 45
1 My heart is stirred by a noble theme
as I recite my verses for the king;
my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer.
2 You are the most excellent of men
and your lips have been anointed with grace,
since God has blessed you forever.
3 Gird your sword on your side, you mighty one;
clothe yourself with splendor and majesty.
4 In your majesty ride forth victoriously
in the cause of truth, humility and justice;
let your right hand achieve awesome deeds.
5 Let your sharp arrows pierce the hearts of the king’s enemies;
let the nations fall beneath your feet.
6 Your throne, O God,will last for ever and ever;
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
7 You love righteousness and hate wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy.
8 All your robes are fragrant with myrrh and aloes and cassia;
from palaces adorned with ivory
the music of the strings makes you glad.
9 Daughters of kings are among your honored women;
at your right hand is the royal bride in gold of Ophir.
10 Listen, daughter, and pay careful attention:
Forget your people and your father’s house.
11 Let the king be enthralled by your beauty;
honor him, for he is your lord.
12 The city of Tyre will come with a gift,
people of wealth will seek your favor.
13 All glorious is the princess within her chamber;
her gown is interwoven with gold.
14 In embroidered garments she is led to the king;
her virgin companions follow her—
those brought to be with her.
15 Led in with joy and gladness,
they enter the palace of the king.
16 Your sons will take the place of your fathers;
you will make them princes throughout the land.
17 I will perpetuate your memory through all generations;
therefore the nations will praise you for ever and ever.
Wandering Views 
Designer Girl is in labor right now. We are watching the youngest one for them. It is a difficult job, but grandparents are up to it. 😉

Praying for a safe delivery for Designer Girl & Baby!
Speaking of wisdom, as Mumsee did, please pray for wisdom for Hubby’s doctors in relation to this bladder bleeding. It is getting much clearer, but Hubby is concerned that they’ll let him out of the hospital & then it’ll recur. Even with it clearing up, some blood does come out when he stands up & walks.

More on pregnant relative. We figure B is 18. She has cut herself off from all relatives (not a bad idea except for her grandmother), but spoke to the one closest to her in age who called last night. 4.5 months pregnant, delighted and moving in with boyfriend.
In an interesting turn of events, some of my relatives are asking ME what I think!

Michelle, I assume your other relatives are Pro-Choice, so it was her choice, now wasn’t it?
I would try to keep a gloating tone from my voice as I said that.

I think I’ve told y’all about the time I had to bite my tongue while looking at my SIL’s shirt. She is almost militantly pro-choice, & she was wearing a shirt with a Save the Whales kind of saying: “Life is Beautiful”. 😀

What I’m happier to report is that I advised the fellow teenager (through her parent) to suggest the local pregnancy counseling center and listed all the ways they could help.
Since they all are pro-choice, the fact the information was passed along is what I’m thankful for.
Dad likes to skate and snowboard, according to the parent who checked out his FB page.
Hey, I fell in love with a teenager once myself . . . He even had long hair . . . then. 🙂

Hubby will be having a scope of his bladder done tomorrow, including being put under anesthesia. Please pray they will find what the problem is, & that he will be safe under the anesthesia. (One doctor expressed reluctance to go this route, with the need for anesthesia, because of his recent stroke.)
If they find a particular spot that is causing the bleeding, they will be prepared to cauterize it.

And please pray for my friend Ruthie & her family. Their house burned down today, & they lost everything. They all made it out alive, but two of their several pets may have died.
