Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 43
1 Vindicate me, my God,
and plead my cause
against an unfaithful nation.
Rescue me from those who are
deceitful and wicked.
2 You are God my stronghold.
Why have you rejected me?
Why must I go about mourning,
oppressed by the enemy?
3 Send me your light and your faithful care,
let them lead me;
let them bring me to your holy mountain,
to the place where you dwell.
4 Then I will go to the altar of God,
to God, my joy and my delight.
I will praise you with the lyre,
O God, my God.
5 Why, my soul, are you downcast?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God.
Prayer for anon and family.

Please remember my friend L. She had chemo last Wednesday and while she is not seriously sick from it she isn’t feeling well.

I can’t go into detail, but the procrastination of a responsibility that someone (outside our family) has is furthering some stress for several people in my family, including my husband and my newly widowed mother-in-law. It is also putting us in a position where we can’t make some plans we had intended to make by now, some of them quite important, some of them less so. (E.g., I have been trying to get together for several weeks with a friend from church, but the only day she is free this week is the day we had initially planned–after several previous procrastinations on this man’s part–to move forward on this matter. He’s now trying to procrastinate again, but I don’t want to tell my friend “yes, I can meet you on that day” while there is still a chance he will go ahead and follow through after all.)

Can you move forward without this man at all?

Kim, no, not really.

Can someone say something to him about how his procrastination is affecting others?

Prayers, Cheryl, that the situation will finally be dealt with and that you can all be at peace with it.
I have also been stuck with having to rely on some others for different legal (and tax) matters. I find it very stressful. I think we have settled the last thing for awhile now. Both my husband and I were very grateful and relieved. Hope you can say the same soon.

L’s husband just let me know he had to take her to the hospital this afternoon. He doesn’t know yet if they will admit her or let her go home.

Some turmoil around here this evening, for a couple of different reasons. I have a knot in my stomach over it all, & Hubby is not getting much sleep tonight. He didn’t get much sleep last night, either, so please pray for safety in his driving tomorrow. Thank you.
