My Aunt S had developed a blood infections, so she has been removed from the transplant list while they try to clear that up. She is at UAB, so she is at THE best hospital in the state. Once that is cleared up she will go back on the transplant list.
Please remember her in your prayers. Also please pray for my uncle (my dad’s big brother). He adores her.
Husband made it safely over the passes. He was concerned at the start of the first one but it stopped shortly and was clear from there on. He is snoozing near the first off load location until they open.
Hubby has been working most Wednesdays, his day off. Although Wednesday is the day off for the bakery drivers/deliverymen, there are accounts that need servicing that day, so Hubby had been volunteering. That extra day, which pushed him into even more overtime pay than usual, had really helped, & Hubby counted on it while figuring our budget.
Now it seems they have hired someone to do that Wednesday route, so Hubby will not be doing it anymore. He is now more worried about our finances, & wondering if he needs to get a part-time job (which he really doesn’t have time for) or look for a new job altogether. Please pray for wisdom & peace of mind.
Also, he got very little sleep last night, & is feeling “wobbly”. Please pray for him to be able to shake off that feeling, & for safe driving. Thank you.
Daughter-in-law still not doing as well as we had hoped–there were complications from something “simple.” Stargazer needs to let college know sooner if he is returning to teach next semester, meanwhile, big data job possibility seems to be going well. His are all timing issues. Thanks for prayers.
Husband got his loads delivered and was off loading his stuff from the truck into the pick up when they texted that they needed him to take a load to Sacramento. Guess he won’t be home today. Prayer for us to let go and prayer for him to be safe. Paying the bills, paying the bills.
BG has court check in at 4pm which is about 10 minutes from now. Her dad is going with her. I promised her I had gone to court with her for the last time when we had community service for underage smoking (she has quit by the way).
I am always just a little nervous. I almost went but kept to my word. This is a good Daddy/Daughter thing for them to do together. Mommy/Mom/Mama does enough.
