Please pray for safe travels–our flight leaves at 1:30….but we have a two hour layover in Denver, so won’t get home until almost nine… It will be a long day — and my MIL is traveling with us….she’s not exactly the easiest person to be around.
Thanks for all your prayers for me….. I feel like I’ve been extremely needy lately. I greatly appreciate them!
Please pray for the camp staff who had to work with homesick and so energetic 8 to 10 year olds this past week. Staff was absolutely exhausted yesterday. They start all over again on Sunday with the 10 to 12 year olds.
Praying for all the above….I’m exactly one hour south from DIA Ann….I’ll give you a hearty howdy from the Forest during your layover….and much heartfelt prayers for you ❤
Please pray for the Holy Spirit to convict R of the seriousness of what he did to 1st Daughter & Little Guy. (Although Little Guy was not physically harmed, this incident was quite traumatic to him, & we are still dealing with the emotional & behavioral fall-out from it.) And to bring him to repentance in general, leading to salvation, too.
I check his Facebook page, on which, not being his FB friend, I can usually only see the latest photo he may have shared. But every now & then, he posts things in the Public setting, which allows me to see them. The latest, on yesterday afternoon, was about him waiting to go to “the most important meeting of my life”, & how he knew he was going to do great in it. Then he wrote, “Destined for greatness.”
It’s as if he doesn’t even know what he did. (I’m sure he has twisted the story around in his own mind.)
Need more prayers for 4th Arrow. She still has pain in the back of her head, and dizziness, which they never did come up with a reason for in her visit to Urgent Care Thursday. Four days in a row now of this, and the echocardiogram coming up Monday to see if she has an enlarged heart, as her EKG seemed to indicate.
A lot for a 15-year-old to bear, and she’s lying on her bed crying right now, pain not really bad, but emotions very hard to deal with.
Oh bless her sweet heart 6arrows…please let her know that there are sisters and brothers in Christ who are lifting her name and health concerns before His throne…that she is truly loved in the body of Christ….even HE knows her deepest fears….and His eye is not blinded..He sees, He knows, He cares…take comfort in the knowledge that He is so very loving and kind…rest in Him and know it is through these trials our roots deepen and our strength is truly dependent upon His….for we are nothing without Him……continual prayers for answers and healing ❤
Just a quick prayer asking for You to give 4th Arrow peace during the waiting. Please comfort her and smooth away her anxieties with Your ways of distraction by showing Your awesome love and special treatment that could only be from You. May she understand You will turn this to good for her to grow compassionate toward others who suffer. Please give her peace that passes understanding. I pray in Jesus, Amen

And thank you to all of you for mentioning my daughter to the Lord in your prayers. She really needs them, and we both are appreciative for the many prayers being offered.
Her head pain is less this morning, but she still has pain in her left upper arm and shoulder, which the NP she saw Thursday knows about, but couldn’t find a reason for it. The pain has moved down into her left forearm this morning, and she also now has new pain in her left leg.
My husband and I suspect Lyme’s. Again. 😦 She had it a number of years ago, and it is entirely possible that it never got completely eliminated, and could now be causing the problems she’s having — head and bone pain; a feeling like she’s going to fall over, no matter what position she’s in; and even heart problems the EKG pointed to as a possibility. Or she might have a new infection, though she has not had a fever recently.
We are going to ask for a Lyme’s test tomorrow when she sees the cardiologist for the echocardiogram.
