Thank you for the prayers for safe travels for my piano student and her mom and the other high school students and chaperones who went to Europe recently. Other than a tense moment when it looked like my student’s mom wasn’t going to be allowed to get on the final flight (from one U.S. airport to another), and that when she was cleared, that there might not be enough time to get on the plane (short layover to begin with, and made worse that their Paris flight had left 1 1/2 hours late, not to mention getting a bag pulled and having to go to a separate room, I think, away from the rest of the group, anyway), she did board just in time, and everything else about the trip was very good. No one lost their passports, didn’t get pick-pocketed, had good weather for travel, and had an enjoyable time.
